It is a very centrally located and has indoor aircon and outdoor seating. A large selection of ice creams and sundaes. I chose the coffee ice cream. It was nice but rather overpriced i think. Regards Omar

English with picture menu makes it easy for non-Vietnamese like me can order what we want. The waiter and waitress can speak English as well.

We came for a dessert after a light dinner. The ice cream parlour itself looks like a plush Western style establishment, with prices to match! That said, they had a fabulous selection of ice cream cups and desserts, and the ones we tried were delicious and beautifully presented - but the actual dessert size was smaller than it looked on... Prices are high for Vietnam around 100k VND average for most items and the ice cream is just okay. I can't deny that the presentation looks great. They look even more tempting/better/bigger on the menu. I wouldn't go out of your way to visit this place though and yet to find a great ice cream place in Hanoi having tried... More

Fanny Ice Cream was difficult to find, and several printed maps, plus a guidebook, plus some people in a tourist information booth, indicated that it was near Hoan Kiem Lake. I don't know if or when it moved, but eventually, we asked a doorman at Apricot Hotel, who pointed us in the right direction, though the ice cream shop is... More

Came here for dessert- it was awesome. Be warned that the offered desserts (aside from scoops of ice cream) are very decadent, so don't come on a full stomach! Fun menu with lots of options to fit everyone.

Like almost every tourist in Hanoi with children, I looked for ''best ice cream in Hanoi'' and Fanny came at the top. The ice-cream menu is quite impressive (we took pictures of it!), but the prices are so expensive that it is not the place you will want to return often. Great and unusual ice-cream combinations. However, the waiters are... More

Hello We went to this place on Sunday evening. We thought the place was closed because no lights outside. There was few Viet families with kids and we ordered sherbets. There are as usual excellent. For French readers the sherbets are same tasty as Bertillon sherbets. There are pricey because real fruits are here and no preservatives and on top... More
