Really great Pho! We did a morning walking tour and ended it here with a delicious breakfast...full of locals, expect to queue!

Pho Bo is my favourite Vietnamese food, and this unassuming little restaurant produces the best pho I have ever eaten. It is very cheap and full of flavour.

Delicious and very reasonably priced. Great broth and fresh greens/noodles. As others have said, not the warmest welcome, but that's possibly down to the high demand. Small queue and a shortage of seats during our visit around 6:30PM.

On a food based trip to Hanoi and this place stands high indeed. Wonderful steaming bowl of delicious broth, slippery noodles and slices upon slices of tender beef swilling amidst chopped basil and chives - it's all manner of excellent.

This was by far the absolute best bowl of Pho I had during my 2 weeks in Vietnam. The place is small and always busy but it just works! You don't wait long at all to order or for a table. It's a constant flow and you are in and out pretty quickly! I highly recommend this restaurant! I ate... More

It's that good. The pho in the north is different to those in the south where there are more herbs and served in bigger bowls. Here the pho is simple as it, soup, noodle and meat, little sprinkle of spring onions, basil. You must line up no matter the time, morning, afternoon and evening as this place is always busy.... Assembly line style pho but the broth is amazing. Very clean and tasty. Loved the flavor. Easily the best pho we've had in all of Vietnam. Girlfriend and I had the pho tai nam for breakfast.

I first visited Pho Gia Truyen in 2015 and it is just as good two years later! It's all about the broth and this place has it down! Don't forget to order the fried bread as it's perfect for soaking up the broth! This place is a must in Hanoi!
