there egg coffee is really good, we kept coming back. the place is nondescript and you have to walk into an alley to get to the counter and be seated in their upstairs balcony. it is worth trying.

Cafe Giang - crowded coffee place serving great egg coffee (caphe trung). They serve this on a hot water bath to maintain the coffee temperature. Delicious coffee that is thick and sweet.

I took a street food tour and we stopped here on a Saturday night. She told us this was the original - and best - egg coffee in Hanoi. Based on how absolutely packed it was, I think she was right! I probably wouldn't have...More

I'm not sure if they add condensed milk to the egg coffee, what I know is they add the blended egg on top of the coffee. But maybe you can request them your specifications.

Description
Giang Cafe was founded by My Father ,Mr. Nguyen Giang in 1946, when he was working as a bartender for the famous five-star Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi hotel. Although the cafe has been relocated twice, its egg coffee recipe is almost the same as in its early days, with its chief ingredients being chicken egg yolk, Vietnamese coffee powder, sweetened condensed milk, butter and cheese.
