When you go to Hanoi, you HAVE to try the famous egg coffee. And what better place is there to try it than the place that actually invented it?? If you feel even more adventurous, try the egg beer! You wont regret it.

I'm not sure if they add condensed milk to the egg coffee, what I know is they add the blended egg on top of the coffee. But maybe you can request them your specifications.

Giang Cafe was founded by My Father ,Mr. Nguyen Giang in 1946, when he was working as a bartender for the famous five-star Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi hotel. Although the cafe has been relocated twice, its egg coffee recipe is almost the same as in its early days, with its chief ingredients being chicken egg yolk, Vietnamese coffee powder, sweetened condensed milk, butter and cheese.
