Place is over hyped. Construction work going on with paint fumes etc which wrecks the aesthetic being one reason this place is popular. Had the grilled chicken sandwich as recommended which was quite nice but bread needed to be toasted. The vege burger was inedible...just acrumbly soggy mess. Mango juice was warm no ice. Iced Viet coffee w condensed milk was excellent.More

Overall we were disappointed with our visit to the Hanoi Social Club. The food was fine and staff were polite but there was no atmosphere at all. The final bill was pricey for what we ate. I would not visit again as neither the food...nor ambience would warrant a return trip. There are plenty of options elsewhere providing a better atmosphere&better food at far more reasonable prices.More

I've been here 3 times in 2 years. Every time I came to Hanoi, I always set aside time to have either lunch or dinner at this awesome place. Very sweet staff, great food options, and such reasonable prices. Especially love their Pork Belly Bahn...Mi on wheat baguette.... yummmm! Will be back again soon.More

This is a great rustic spot. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. I had a cheeseburger and fries and my wife had French toast with raisin and walnuts. Best burger I have had in Hanoi hands down. Well worth the super cheap price.

This came highly rated and it didn’t disappoint. It’s one of those restaurants in a what looked like an old colonial house. We came in for lunch. This is one of the best places to take a break from Vietnamese food. It cool and hipster...(do they still say that haha) but not at all loud or rowdy, just the right amount of chill. We ordered a burger and pasta both of which were good and serving was generous. Don’t leave without ordering the Pho cocktail. Don’t be afraid to order it even if you’re not into spicy stuff. It has a kick but it doesn’t bite. How weird to have wansoy, chillies and star anise in your drink but it’s super refreshing.More

One of the best meals we have eaten in Vietnam! Outstanding food and very friendly service. I had coffee with French toast and my sons had a savoury breakfast of potato fritters and chorizo. Highly recommend.

A great cafe for food and drinks. A nice menu with a good choice of breakfast/lunch options. The interior is beautiful and staff are, as always, very friendly.

Food and service were top notch at this cool restaurant. We sat outside at the edge of the balcony and being amongst the plants and fairy lights made for an enjoyable evening, relaxing away from the noise of the rest of Hanoi.
