Interestingly, the GPS led us to its old location and we had to ask around before we discovered that it moved to the ground floor of a small hotel. Being very familiar with Pho back home, the experience was really underwhelming. There was nothing to...shout about and the price relatively expensive. Its tag Pho for President is really a gimmick. Just because famous personalities ate there, most certainly does not mean we should. I guess the only draw is that it is clean and has aircon.More

I stayed two nights at this hotel. My room did not have a window. The breakfast was basic and service was lacking. The spread on the bed had two large stains and when I called reception, the cleaners just removed it to the side! The...restaurant seemed busy but the food is only ok and nothing more. Service is just about passable by staff who don’t look very enthusiastic. Lots of tour groups stay here. So it can feel like a conveyor belt system. All in all just ok and not much moreMore

Made famous by the visit of President Clinton. However, he visited when it was at another location and just a small outlet. The success has made them open this new one and other outlets. It's now expensive and not that special. Pity. Caters for large...tourist groups. No offence but you can get better Pho elsewhere.More

Visited market very hot and hassle so decided to cross road for lunch. Menu very simple to understand with pictures and in English. We ordered a vegetable Pho (enormous and delicious) and a vegetable curry (the same!). Also came with salad and dish of very...very hot chilli. In fact could not finish all of the dishes just too much. Service was good and food appeared speedily and clearly used by many localsMore

Really enjoyed this pho, as I'm a picky eater and the portion was huge. The service was great, the restaurant clean and food was delicious!

We ate dinner here at 8pm on a Wednesday, and were the only ones in the restaurant, so it was very peaceful. The service for 3 meals was also quick, taking about 5 mins, which were tasty, but slightly more expensive compared to alternatives.

The Pho Bo is quite good, not a special one, but it's ok. The large portion for 95K VND is really large with sprouts, herbs and chilli. They have also fresh coconut. There are better places for Pho, but overall it's fine.

Very traditional pho. Very pack, prepared to queue. Beef pho is good. Also the fried spring roll. Must try. Even Bill Clinton had visited this restaurant before.

The beef pho soup is spicy tasting fresh and flavourful but I won't say it's really that good. Love the fried springs roll and noodles. Crispy and flavourful and the sauce with noodles perfect.

We went here with our small group tour (family trip 20 people) and were led upstairs - very bland plastic atmosphere. Orders were mixed up, some people were skipped. It took around 5 requests before our drinks were delivered - after the food! Ordered the...pho and it was very bland broth with noodles and chicken. Later on we found out there is supposed to be a separate plate with vegies - which arrived for some and not all. My husband could not finish his vegetarian dish. Staff are apathetic and do not understand basic simple English. Sorting out the bill was a nightmare, and as it is frequented by other tour groups the area was very noisy. I could not wait to escape. And who cares that Clinton ate here - thumbs down from me.More

I love historic locations, so I had to eat here. Pictures of Clinton are hung around the upstairs restaurant. Our group tried different dishes and found them all good.

I had the beef pho and lime soda here and while it was very good, the gray decor and generally apathetic service were detractors. I finished fairly quickly and left the restaurant. Apparently Bill Clinton ate here.

Our tour guide recommended this resaurant to us, on arrival we ordered chicken noodle soup , and vegetarian soup and the spring rolls, which was a meal in them self. Very nice and filling, price was cheap. And the resaurant wasn't over busy.

President Bill Clinton visited here in 2000 so it's now a popular, busy eating house. Crowded after 12 noon. Main restaurant upstairs. Very cheap but good portions well cooked. Beware, you have to pay for the napkins. Basic WC upstairs. Disabled-access coffee shop on ground...floorMore
