Mr Cu, a world-class photographer who would be working for National Geographic. In his cafe, he displays his photos on the walls, made with an old reflex, of daily life in Vietnam. For a high price you can buy postcards with his photos. You can eat well and inexpensive.

A really lovely little cafe restaurant. Rightly deserving of its high ratings on TripAdvisor. Family run and owned by the lovely Mr Cu. It is adorned by photographs and has a fantastic friendly atmosphere. Very reasonably priced, you can get breakfast, lunch or dinner here.

We had lunch here with our tour group and then the two of us returned for an evening meal. Lunch was better as there's not enough atmosphere in the evening. But the food was good both times. The owner, Mr Cu, displays and sells his excellent photos which could make a very good present or souvenir.

Great pictures as well the staff....and above all the owner. Accessible prices and the quantities are perfect! Just outside the crowded and overestimated backpacker area. Lovely place, super recommended!

A real treat in the heart of Hue. Selected this cafe based on Tip Advisor and Lonely Planet reviews. Don't judge a book by its cover. While the outside might look tacky with the neon sign, the food is out of this world and isn't that the real goal of eating out? We had 2 beers and 3 dishes for... More

Simple, home style cooking. Local dishes made with fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Mr Cu's photos are fabulous- he kindly gave us a couple of cards as we left. A lovely place to enjoy an authentic Vietnamese meal...and great value for money.

5 years ago we visited and ate here. This time we did so again. We had 3 meals over 2 days. All were up to a high standard and plentiful. Mr. Cu, the owner, is a renown photographer whose images adorn the walls. He is generous in handing out post cards of his work to all that eat there. He... More
