I stumbled across the gem on a recent trip in PP. The Pelican is a fantastic bakery great for a morning breakfast and coffee or a cheap lunch. Good variety of food with come really nice Polish inspired delicacies.

Best place for a breakfast or a quick lunch in central Phnom Penh. All ingredients are fresh and local, the staff is very friendly and the unique atmosphere makes you feel at home. Delicious cakes for a coffee break anytime during the day also :)
