Fabulous food, lovely setting, and great service - what more could you want. Oh yes - this restaurant is a training restaurant helping local people gain skills and find jobs (although from the quality of the food etc you wouldn't know it). For the adventurous...More

A lovely restaurant that supports a terrific cause/project in Cambodia. Definitely worth a visit. Try the crispy tarantulas...it's fun.

I don't usually bother reviewing restaurants, but I was so impressed by the good cause Romdeng is being run for that I wanted to share and encourage others to go. The food was easily the best meal I had in Cambodia. I went because a...More

Was eating and talking with my friends at dinner when they took away my margarita without me noticing that had a third of it left. Not happy! Overall food very pricey and average

We reach there in lunch time, no so crowded, the ambience is nice, feel very relaxing. The food is nice, among the dishes, we love fish amok most.

The food they are preparing is good and if you have been to Friends, you will recognise some parts of the menu. It is a nice ambiance and all the teachers and others waiters speak English

This is a really nice restaurant. We had two visits to Phnom Penh and we didn’t have to think about where we should eat on our second stay. We managed to get a table outside in the courtyard which is a lovely setting for dinner....More

Open Monday to Sunday from 11am to 11pm (kitchen closes 10pm) Romdeng is set in a beautiful colonial building whose wooden carvings, tables, chairs and unique lights were all hand made in Cambodia. The silk goods and cushions adorning Romdeng were made by our students in sewing training at Mith Samlanh and its walls are hung with beautiful paintings produced by young people from the art classes there. All of this plus a pool, free WIFI, a family area and a gift shop mean a visit to Romdeng is a must.
