After traveling through Vietnam and Cambodia for 2 weeks, I had my fill of Pho and rice. Craving 'western' food, we stopped at La Croisette. Lovely outdoor seating just off the main road provided a nice respite from the frenetic street. Our Swiss waiter was entertaining and delightful, recommending a Caipirinha (Brazilian cachaca rum drink) with a cautionary 'are you... More

We had a lovely meal here. It's mainly Italian food but other Mediterranean dishes were on the menu (i.e Greek Salad) The problem was the service was very slow. They did apologise, however it meant that we missed out on the desserts which looked delicious!

This restaurant has a good location, but honestly: that's about it. The dinner we had tonight is our worst culinary experience in Cambodia. The pumpkin-coconut soup we had as a starter tasted like canned cocomilk with a hint of pumpkin, which is definitely not a compliment for a soup which looked like it was freshly cooked. All of our mains... More

This is an upscale restaurant with very good food. We saw several local couples eating here. The servings are quite big, so unless you are starving will a dish suit two people.

Having visited numerous high end Restaurants in Phnom Penh my wife and I decided to have a couple of drinks at the FCC and then find something a little more casual. We got a nice seat outside where we could watch the passing parade. The service was excellent, the food was tasty and plentiful and Daniel the Swiss Manager was... More

Good food and good options to choose from, although slightly on the expensive side; staff is friendly, courteous and efficient; great location - close to the river side. Do try the crumb fried veal with mushroom sauce and the tequila based cocktails!

Still a pleasant restaurant to sit in but we did not enjoy our last meal here. Steak was supposed to be medium/well but was more like rare. The hamburger should have been called a waterburger, just tasteless wet meat surrounded by heaps of tasteless watery tomato and bell peppers. Will go return for the venue and the cocktails but I... Thank you for visiting us, we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your meal. We always use the freshest ingredients and our chefs usually get the steaks done perfectly to the point. We visited this great Italian early evening with the kids. Wanting to have a break from the traditional fare we found La Croisette ideal. The vongole was delicious with the spaghetti al dente, pizzas and bruschetta were spot on. The charming staff served our food without delay. A nice find

Description
La Croisette is one of the first restaurants in Phnom Penh, opened right after the last fractional fighting in the capital in 1997. La Croisette is renown for its international hospitality and wide range of patrons: it is a Phnom Penh favorite to Asians, Europeans, expatriates and both international and Cambodian residents alike. The large outdoor terrace right along the bustling riverside promenade together with its cool interior space make it a must-see in the Cambodian capital. From a fine continental breakfast to international and local cuisine and outstanding cocktails in a classy Cambodian environment - La Croisette is a Cambodian experience not to be missed.
