I've been here 2 times for lunch. Good quality food in town. Lunch set is a good choice. I'll come back again.

Plenty of choices served in this traditional old house. All tasty with full nice French service styles.

Was here for dinner with old Cambodian friends. The restaurant is elegant n the setting was charming. We were personally greeted n serviced by the owner himself n his well trained Khmer staff who spoke good English. My soup, fish n dessert were well prepared n I loved it. Cosy environment n we had a private room to ourselves. We... More

Had visiting cousins from China, who recently got married. I didnt have to think hard where i should treat them for a very special meal. I have been coming two to three times a year here at La Residence, expecting nothing short of perfect with the food, service and ambiance. La Residence never failed to deliver. My cousin and her... Monday important business lunch, very comfortable and understated luxurious setting. Adequate greeting, not busy. We ordered the upper-scale set lunch menu and an indeed upscale bottle of Bordeaux. The duck breast was ordered "rosé" and was just too chewy - didn't finish it. For digestives we had to re-oder three times: no Calvados in a French high end restaurant, then... More

As regular foodies, we were very much looking forward to dining at La Residence. The reviews are generally good and the building looks lovely. On arrival you see the garden lit up in horrible colored lighting which look cheap. Staff not welcoming and actually looking shy and bored. The restaurant itself is a lovely building, although interior decoration is not... More

I had dinner at La Residence, the place was fantastic, the decoration was spectacular. I went straight to the main course and I had spaghetti. The spaghetti had a wonderful taste. The dessert I had was creme brulee, the creme brulee was okay. The taste was too sour.

Some judicious searching online led us to La Residence. We can now understand why, of all the restaurants we went to during a week's stay in Cambodia, this was the one which was close to a full house with a vibrant busy atmosphere. Located in a former home in the diplomatic area of town, this is fine dining with a... More

You know a restaurant is good when their bread is good. Limited selections for vegetarians, but great ambiance, service and food. Highly recommended for business meetings.
