Be patient as everything is made from order and not pre-prepared. Amok the national dish was super and the (not) spicy favors where fragrant to the palate. Very nice place, in the middle of the busy centre of Phnom Penh, but really relaxed on the inside. Very nicely decorated building. The food is equally great. Menu had an extensive selection. Food was very tasty (I had the Khmer chicken curry if I remember correctly). Drink (papaya/passionfruit shake?) was ok. The Ebony Apsara is the happy medium between local restaurants with menus only in Khmer and the heavily-touristed places.
