Came across this restaurant by accident & went back for the rest of our stay. The food was the best we had in PP and the staff very friendly & courteous. The pricing was also very reasonable. They welcomed us back like family after the 2nd visit & gave us the same table every time. If in PP you must... More

We come back to anise every weekend & always have a lovely time! The spinach and ricotta cannelloni is so so good, as are the cocktails and fruit smoothies. What's lovely is that there is lots of greenery and trees surrounding the terrace of the restaurant, making it very easy to forget that you're in the city which is nice... More

Spent several days visiting the Anise restaurant both lunch and dinner. Great staff, cool drinks and a large variety of Khmer and Western food. Reasonably priced and centrally located.

It gets so hot in PP that you come to really appreciate trees -- and Anise has some nice old shady trees. You don't need to duck into an air conditioned box. You can sit on the cool veranda.

I had lunch there two times during my visit to Phnom Penh. The food quality is good. Taste is nice. The only thing they need to work upon is to increase more options in the menu. Overall, A good eating option in this area.

Wholesome and delicious Southeast Asian and Western food served in a lovely and lush garden terrace setting or in-door a/c dining room. The family, returning Cambodians from France and the United States, who owns and manages this restaurant takes pride in creating an atmosphere as close to home as you will find outside of your own dining room. Loyal expatriate following and consistently great reviews from customers. Free wifi.
