After glowing report in lonely planet we tried Lao kitchen. After being too late the night before. Food was only so so and they forgot one dish we ordered . The bamboo shoot stew was interesting and tasty. The other dish was pretty average
Just too difficult to look for Vegetarian food in Vientiane! This restaurant helped me eat something! They offered boiled vegetables with rice. Taste was good and I could fill my stomach! Thanks to the restaurant guys :-)
This place is decent for Lao food, especially if you're new to Laos The fish laab was really good and seemed to be the genuine article. Staff were friendly and attentive. Reasonable prices given for the quality/portion size ratio.
This place is great if you want to try some Lao food Stayed in Vientiane for 3 days and we visited this place twice. You have to try the Larb and also the sun-dried/beaten beef. If you like spicy don't be afraid to say so...More
