We were served PINK undercooked Chicken here as part of our "Christmas Dinner" that cost $50 per person. Please see picture attached. Luckily my boyfriend noticed before consuming it! The waiter didn't seem to understand the dangers of serving pink chicken and how undercooked Chicken can make someone seriously ill. Despite the pink chicken, our soup was cold, even after... More

good location and staff pleasant enough. Staff did not tell us that the day after we arrived was a public holiday and places would be closed. Reception staff gave us an address to organise onward travel but warned it could be closed (and it was) No effort was made to help us ( we contacted our next hotel who organised... More

Nice place to stay out of the rain and watch the world go by. Pricey with small portions but it's tasty, clean and the service is attentive. Worth visiting. Fascinating to watch the locals throng the temple opposite the restaurant

Staying at the Salana Boutique Hotel for our first night we decided to try out the in-house restaurant, Salana Corner. Not a bad choice. The food is good, in fact the Luang Prabang sausage is amazing. However the menu is limited, so don't expect a gastronomic experience.

We sat in the window for dinner and watched the world go by outside. The service was exceptional and nearly matched by the quality of food. We only ate Asian and it was high quality - tasty and fairly authentic. Exceptionally clean and neat restaurant. Well worth a meal.

Ate at this restaurant several times during a stay at the hotel. All the food we ate was v good. We tried stir fried vegetables, spaghetti bolognese, French onion soup, hamburger and chocolate fondant. Our favourite dishes were the chocolate fondant and the French onion soup. Only snag was the size of the dishes. For what is an expensive meal,... More

The food was good and service excellent. They could do a little customization on their menu. Portion was huge. Ambient was good.

Very slow staff, orders took a long time and the quality of food was not as good as I could find on the street...lots of training and attention to detail need to be made to bring this up to the standard that it aspires to.
