If you want fresh, tasty sushi, then Fuji is the place you want to go. This clean, spacious restaurant has efficient waiters and chefs who will deliver your order with precision and speed. The miso soup is very good and the sushi is consistently good. Try the soft-shell crab sushi. And the rest rooms are the cleanest in all of... More

Wow!! This is hands down the best Japanese food I've ever had. It was brilliant!! The platter I had was unbelievably big for one person to manage which is not what I'm used to when eating Japanese but eat it I did .. And with much relish!! The food was delicious, the service was a bit slow but the restaurant... More

Ordered a bentobox. The fish was of extremely poor quality and the sushi's were not fresh at all!! Staff don't speak English and really worse trained, while there are so many tourist in there. I've been to many many of Japanese (chain)restaurants before, but this was one of the worst!

Went there for dinner. The 30 page menu included almost every food of the japanese cuisine i knew:) pictures helped. The staff did not speak english. But food came fast and was quite a decent quality.

After living in Thailand I became familiar with Fuji. The prices in Vientiane are much more expensive than Thaiand. Even if you convert from local currency to Thai, it's more expensive. One constant remained....the quality was great.

We are frequent diners at Fuji restaurants when we visit Thailand so we were interested to try the Lao version. The menus were essentially the same as in Thailand but the prices were higher. The quality of the food was comparable. Service was satisfactory and the setting (we were at the Mixai branch: there is another branch too) was pleasant... More

The place is always busy with tourist and locals alike, but I don't understand why, especially in a city with such great food variety and quality. I lived in Japan for two years in the 90's, so maybe I'm bit of a Japanese food snob. I had Raman and a small sushi platter for dinner. One thing I have learned... More

Had sushi all over the world at various great sushi restaurants but Fuji really suprised me in a good way. Not cheap but great product.

An amazing experience full of great emotions. We were greeted with a warm welcome of "Sabaidee" by the whole kitchen and service staff which is a custom here. The restaurant interior design was elegant with wooden decoration, very japanese oriented with an open kitchen sushi bar. The kitchen staff very clean and professional in their appearance and work. On first... More

I really love eating sushis and I was not disapointed at all when I ate there. The food was just delicious and the fish was fresh. The place is very clean and the staff friendly. However we passed by the restaurant once in the evening, the electricity had run out in the district and so I don t know how... More
