Nice to sit and chill out with friends after a drinking night, good service, the price are quite average. Free Wi-Fi, and air-con.

Love this place. They have a great selection of drinks and food (cooked and pastries etc.) Price range is quite high for Laos (if you live like a local) but the quality is top-notch. Perfect for travelers not on a super-tight budget!

It's a good, friendly place, that's popular with locals. I recommend the ice-coffee frappe, especially on a hot day!

I came to Café Sinouk after my visa application to the nearby Thai consular office. The service is very good, the coffee is great and the prices are fair. They also serve some european food, pastries and both european and asian food. A nice place to go after a waiting time under the heat.

Enjoyed having a refreshing fruit shake from this cafe while watching the sunset over the river. The nest of electrical wires to the left of the balcony is also quite the sight of engineering.

Nice place you can go upstairs, order a coffee and work. Wifi is correct, staff will not harass you to order every 5 minutes so it's OK. I recommend.

We stopped for some coffee after dinner. The mocha and the chocolate viennoise were very good. We did not have any food so cannot comment on that. There are not too many places that serve a good coffee but we found this to be quite okay.

Came here becoz of the good reviews on both instagram and TripAdvisor. The quality of the food doesn't worth the 50% higher price you paid than other cafes.
