Eski Ev was a fantastic find. The dining area is shaded by boughs of orange trees. Friendly cats nuzzle up to patrons hoping for a treat. The place offers a relaxing atmosphere and is a great spot for an outdoorsy lunch on a hot summer day. The food is delicious. As a vegetarian, I'm often disappointed at restaurants. But their... Local food served in a quiet (romantic) shady garden. The quality and price can't be beat. Try the little kabobs.

Twice we walked passed this restaurant but last night we went in. What a gem. We sat in the courtyard with a canopy of trees adorned with pretty Turkish lamps. The restaurant was family run and had a really good atmosphere. We had complimentary salad and tea and the food was excellent. We could have sat there all night.

I love this place. I love the atmosphere as it is in a little garden in the middle of Selcuck. But it always feels so secluded and special. I love the fairy lights and lanterns that adorn the trees ect. The food here is always wonderful and I can highly recommend the chicken curry. Which is Devine. The staff are... More

We ate here twice during our recent trip, and were very impressed. The food was stunning - I'd recommend the old house kebab. It's seating is in a small courtyard next to an old house (guessing this is where the name came from!) - a quiet, relaxed and more intimate place to eat in the town as you're not sat... More

This restaurant is very clean, reasonable prices and excellent patio setting under an Orange tree and Lemon tree. One of the best meals we had in Turkey

We met Sezail while walking past the restaurant and he had such a charming manner that we decided to go for dinner. We really enjoyed the food.....kofta and yogurt mint dip very memorable. Even went back on our second night in Selcuk. A really lovely environment and highly recommended!

We liked this place so much we went back for our only other dinner in Selcuk. The imam biyali was especially delicious. The server was really delightful, as was the owner. This was one of our favorite meals in Turkey, even better than most of our meals in Istanbul.

If I had family or friends traveling to Selcuk this is where I would send them. The meatballs were so delicious and flavorful and the salad was really fresh and satisfying. I made a disappointing selection for dinner on the previous night based on tripadvisor rankings and luckily on the second night I ended up here thanks to a local.
