I had seen reviews of Fattoush prior to our trip, so it was a very happy accident when we spotted the cute outdoor eating area and decided to wander in for lunch...and then we realized it was Fattoush! Our lunch here was one of the highlights of our trip. It was a beautiful day and the outside area bordered by... More

Great middle east food. But be aware that an individual plate can feed 4. ONe friend had hummus. Another had fattoush. I had lentil soup. All portions were huge. All of us said their food was delicious. Remember, you must share.

We went into Fattoosh because of the sign we saw outside. The server was kind and funny. The food was excellent and then came the dessert. WOW. I will never forget the Kanafe. We chose Fattoush over other restaurants in the area, because it has a very attractive garden area for outside dining. Waiter seated us, brought menus, and made us feel welcome. We didn't have to wait long for our food, which was delicious and not expensive. I loved the upbeat ambience. I would definitely eat here again!

Delicious chicken strips and beefsteak with chestnut and pistachio sauce. Wait staff ignored us for 20 minutes before taking our order. Hostess was an amateur. This is normal for Israel, but disappointing in a restaurant of this caliber, nonetheless.

A great Arab and western food in the middle of the German colony. We had the rice with aubergine in tomato sauce which was great The Sahleb with all the spices was great in a cold day. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Ambiance, setting, staff and food all absolutely wonderful. Be warned the portions are large! The hummus with mushrooms was Devine and so smooth, calamari baked mushrooms and in fact everything we ate was fabulous. We may be there again in a couple of days!!
