We were a group of 12 having diner after a tour in Jerusalem. The starters were great - a huge variety of vegetarian, meat and fish plates. Main courses are fine. Don't skip the surprising deserts.

We had a very nice dinner at Hamotzi restaurant. We happened to pass by, not easy to find if you do not know where to go. Service was very nice, we got good information about the special dishes.

We returned to this restaurant for the fourth time. Other times it was excellent and special. This time was a disappointment: the specials were boring. The service was indifferent. Too bad.

Im a local and I went there for a business lunch. For 65₪ u can get a main, a glass of juice and a small desert. The food is tasty, but u have to love this type of food to fully enjoy. The same goes for sweets.

This chef restaurant is renowned for its non-fanciness and authenticity. Maybe that was the reason for the somewhat slow and inattentive service. I had there lunch with my wife and a friend. They appeared to like their dishes but I was quite disappointed from my own dish because of the low quality of the meat in it. However the prices... More

We arrived around 10pm Thursday evening and weren't quite sure that we would get a table. Luckily enough a table had just become available as we arrived. The food was excellent and they had a quartet playing outside in the alley. The resturant is in an alley which makes a good atmoshphere along with the band. the service was excellent... More

Me and my wife found this restaurant by chance, average food but very poor service. We found our own seats ( nobody to seat us) We were waiting a while before anyone took our order. Once our meals arrived they were ok, once finished we asked for the bill (had a bus to catch), we waited 10 minutes for the... More

The décor is lovely, but the food was not up to par. It was simply drowned oil. The residential street out back was littered with restaurant garbage and reeked of oil. I felt bad for whoever lives there...

Personnel here is not as friendly as one would welcome, but the place is clean, has its own personality and the food is good. Too expensive though if considering the overall experience.
