After a long flight to Tel Aviv, we were tired and hungry. We walked around Tel Aviv for awhile and stumbled upon Ayeka. We had a lovely, relaxing meal. The proprietress made us feel so welcome in her restaurant and in her country. She explained some of the history to us and the currency system. We really enjoyed our dinned... More

Food was okay, but service was slow and a little flippant. Prices are higher than the quality of the food. My lamb was fatty. Some menu items were not available. There is better in the nearby area.

My family of five and I from the USA loved this place!! My father was searching for Uzbek food because he was craving it for some reason...and we found this wonderful restaurant! Yana, who runs the restaurant, was absolutely wonderful and very friendly. She spent so much time just chatting with us about Tel Aviv, traveling, and the foods that... More

The restaurant is located on Yarkon Street parallel to the beach promenade. The food was unique to those unacquainted with Bucharian food. The service was great, the premises is clean, and the food is delicious!

Delicious! Delicate authentic flavors. Excellent service. Very friendly. Live music; musician played guitar to popular rock songs with recorded background tape which seems to be a popular method for street musicians. Sound was background and did not hinder our conversation. Appeared to be family owned. We will be in Tel Aviv for a few more days and plan to go... More

Cosy and nice place with moderate prices and homemade Russian kitchen. Also recommend to try pomegranate wine.

Visiting Tel Aviv for business, looking for a evening meal and after a bit a walk, found this place, very quiet but all the restaurants were anyway. Had Sea Bass with boiled spuds, but came more like mash one night excellent. Other night had a steak, absolutely excellent, never had a steak so well cooked, just fell apart, unsure the... More

We happened upon this wonderful find. Homemade Eastern, European and Traditional Jewish cuisine. Excellent for novice westerners, hit upon a jewel. We had lamb chops, chicken cutlets, skewers, squid and shrimp and falafel. The homemade bread and hummus was the best we've had. Don't need anything else. All was so good. Friendly and inviting staff.
