Mae is a small coffee shop near Kikar Rabin In Tel Aviv. This place is special for coffee lovers: fresh roasted coffee, hot or cold , all kind , all tastes, wonderful perfumes . There is no food there, only some cakes or sandwiches . It's my favorite place to relax during hot or cold days.

When cruising the market it is the best place to stop for a coffe. Excellent service, great coffe blends. Sit outside to see the crowd or inside in a friendly ambient with a/c and free wifi.

Excellent coffee, nice sandwiches and baked goods and a really unique atmosphere, right there on the corner of the busy Carmel Market. Not easy to get a seating place though, it's a tiny place. And especially busy on Fridays. You can get the coffee to go though. Note they close at 6PM in weekdays.

If you like coffee you'll LOVE this place. In the Carmel Shuk it offers a delightful respite from all the hustle and bustle. One of the best cups of coffee that I can remember drinking.

For discerning coffee drinkers, the server/manager was very knowledgeable and helpful to people looking for coffee suitable to their tastes. It is possible to buy beans as well, including single-origin from Costa Rica, as well as blends. There is a very helpful chart on the wall explaining what beans are best for various drinks, from espresso to capuchinno to Americano.... More

When you want to drink great coffee in the Carmel market this is the place to do it. You stop there and you got relaxing stop meter from the market. The coffee, cakes and sandwiches are very tasty.

Mae Cafe at the Tel Aviv Shuk (marketplace) is hands-down the best place in Israel to visit for high quality coffee - in a cup, or in a bag to take home and make your own. The owner - Jonathan- is very knowledgeable about coffee and best ways to enjoy it. Go ahead, ask him any coffee related question you... More

In a country that takes coffee seriously (Starbucks failed due to the better local competition) the coffee at Mae Cafe stands out. It is sourced direct from Costa Rica, roasted on site, and expertly prepared. If you will be around the HaKarmel Shuk in Tel Aviv, and you should see the shuk, drop by Mae Cafe for a cup and...
