This place is well known by locals. Its not a tourist trap. We had the caprese salad (tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella) and the first pizza on the menu (with a pesto base and mozzarella) were excellent and the salmon steak was one of the best I ever had. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We could not have wished for more... More

The kind of restaurants who will mill the cash cow to death. We'd reserved a table 11 days (!) in advance and had to reconfirm twice (note that it is THEM fixing the time, not you). Once there, they gave us a shabby table crammed between the stairs and the kitchen doors - not even a table you should give... More

Perhaps the best indication to the review is that this is the restaurant that celebrity chefs go to when they come visit Israel. Yossi Shitrit Amazingly creative - the porcini-chestnet creme brulee is as extraordinarily brilliant (order without the ham), and the olive cheese cake leaves you breathless

Stopped in for a bite to eat on a hot May afternoon. We were expecting delicious food, and planned to split the business lunch (an appetizer and entree). Lunch starts with a fresh tomato and bread plate and then our appetizer arrived, although it wasn't what we ordered. We got the attention of the staff to clarify the error and... More

Lucky to get a table at short notice. Staff were really friendly and the food was wonderful. Always a good sign when staff recommend one of the cheapest wines on the list as a match and they get it spot on. Very impressed and hope to return.
