When people ask me what's your favorite restaurant in Tel-Aviv, this is the place. Chef Rima Olivera and the team are great and the food and drinks are superb. I always end the meals there with a big smile on my face

I always end up going back to this fine place because it's always such a pleasure to eat there. Rima the chef is so serious, innovative and professional, AND is a pleasure to watch, as she works on every dish by herself in the open kitchen. It's also vegetarian friendly. The atmosphere is just the right combination of upscale and... More

Great authentic food with huge respect for the ingredients. I had a great experience and tasted new combinations I have never seen before served with wonderful wines. Rima is exceptionally good at mixing the flavors and techniques from multiple kitchens around the world with her own twist. I strongly recommend you book a table for dinner with Oasis when you... Very sorry to report that this among our most disappointing meals in 15 years of living and fressing in Tel Aviv. Should have known when we entered the 2/3 empty joint on a Thursday at peak dining hours. Ordered three apps, two mains and a desert. Steak (ordered MR) was a poor, chewy cut and utterly without seasoning; accompanying grilled... More

Had a wonderful dinner here. The food was very good. They even made accommodations for a vegetarian dish. The service was great. Definitely try the Bloody Mary!!

After travelling Israel for 8 days, i was so looking forward to a dinner at Oasis. But we left craving something more :( The portions were slightly on the small side given the price. We had a delicious zucchini salad, followed by grilled mushrooms. Both were good. Then we had a langoustine (not a lot of meat) and a grilled... More

On our visit to Israel, our host took us to this restaurant. He was received by the chef with a warm hug. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The menu changes daily so its tough to say if this is always the case. I had the veggie options whereas the other two went for the meat and fish. The... More

I believe that to being a Chef is not the simple matter of making a career choice, and embarking on a fast-track to a specific goal in a casual manner, misguidedly hoping first for glory or desiring fame.

My cuisine is based on 30 years of experience in the best kitchens of California and the world. I base each menu specifically on absolutely the best examples available of produce, fish, and seafood, both local and from abroad, only in their proper seasons. I let the ingredients speak for themselves, letting them tell me what they wish to be transformed into. This way, I respect them and let them shine in their natural perfection."

We simply do not have an answer... We change every day, we cook extremely elevated and complex dishes, we cook "street food" and "culinary in-jokes", we cook tributes to people we love, to places, to memories.... We are influenced by our experiences from around the world, our crew, our lovers and our friends
