I always see this restaurant so packed that I decided to give it a try but I was disappointed. I ordered the stuffed fried courgette flowers. Sadly they were mainly courgette with little flower and little stuffing with the flavour being overwhelmingly the batter and oil. The fettuccini was very al dented and the sauce heavy. Tiramisu was ok The... More

Definitely the best Italian place in tel aviv with dishes and tastes that will take you to Italy. Served by its owners, this restaurant keeps the Italian spirit alive in tel aviv. Unfortunately quite expensive, specially if you want to have meat based dishes. Cozy and warm, a must if you miss your Mediterranean home.

We celebrated friend's birthday with just 5 people on Friday evening, reserved a table in advance. First, we had to wait for a while to be sat, it took around 20 min to bring a menu and than 25 min to take the order. On Friday eve the place is pretty fool, but service very slow. Food was good though,... More

I think you're wrong restaurant. First because our service is renowed for its quickness, second because our wine list is made up of 95% from italian wines ranging from Chianti to Barbaresco,to Tignanello and Sassicaia and third i just do not remember to have you hosted in my restaurant. Tank you, ERNESTO. More

Visited Ernesto on a business trip to Tela Aviv on Feb 2016. It was recommended by a good friend that lives in TLV. This year i came back to Ernesto. Lovely place with tasty pasta dishes and delicious salads. Definitely recommend it and definitely visiting again when back in TLV.

I don't remember how many times I had dinner here, but I can confirm that this is a real italian restaurant, where tastes aren't modified to accommodate local uses. They serve typically dishes coming from central Italy, excellent.

We went there to celebrate a birthday. A total of 9 people. We booked a table for a 12:30 lunch. Because of traffic, most of us arrived by 13:00. The one who did arrived on time was constantly approached by the staff who kept iterating that the table needs to be cleared by 14:15 and that we do not have... More

This is one of our favourite, unpretentious restaurants in Tel Aviv. It's not kosher and there is seafood on the menu. The place is not sophisticated or particularly comfortable, but the food and service are all you would wish them to be. Great pastas and not expensive.

Everything tried was tasty, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere inside was cozy. Next time I will try the tables outside.
