Very good experience of Iranian kitchen. But by the way service is not that good at all. Even manager doesn't care about claim. But once you are there ask for 《 Tahchin 》 it's the best one in town you can halve.

The place is old fashioned but cozy and historic. The food quality was good but it was crowded and the people were waiting standing in front of us and starring that I did not like. It worth trying.

This the kind of restaurant I love. Fully packed, noisy and hectic. A local guided us to the place, which is actually not difficult to find if you enter the bazar through the right entrance. It took us quite a while to find some free seats. Everybody is fighting for free seats and the locals were always quicker. Finally a... More

This busy eatery is in a basement inside the Grand Bazaar (it's fairly close to the main Bazaar Bozorg entrance). Expect to share a table, the place is packed with locals and tourists alike. The koobideh and zeresh polo + tahdig were excellent. The staff is warm and helpful (even if you can't speak Persian) and service is super-efficient. Huge... More

A gem amidst the bustle of Tehran Grand Bazaar. The place is not fancy but the food is excellent. The man at the counter is quite helpful and knows English. Service is quite fast. It gets quite crowded so you can't spend too much time over your food. The khoobideh was excellent.

Whenever you visit Tehran, do not forget to visit the Grand Bazzar (Tehran Bazzar) and Sharaf El Islam Restaurant. It is located behind Jewel's section of Bazzar. I always go to this place to have a delicious Persian food. It is always crowded during lunch / dinner time, because their food is delicious and not very expensive.
