Everything was excellent, the service, the food. The chef was very attentive and good satisfying all our special requests due to allergies.
We were attended by Mahmoud who provided us with five stars service, very professional and attentive. The view is fantastic. We will definitely come back soon.

360 has a great ambiance and professional staff, serving the food on time, food is great and the staff who served us, Mr. Mahmoud is so attentive and very hospitable. We left the place happy and very contented. Keep it up and all the best!!

I went to celebrate my birthday with my friend and the evening was waaaaaay beyond my expectation 💓 Mahmoud ( the person who assisted us through the evening) welecomed us with a wide smile and had a noticeable cheerful attitude. He was also patient to explain all the dicious and helped us get what we wanted. He kept following-up with us checking whether we liked the food or needed anything else. He was super kind and he certainly showed a great level of service
And the best part was when he suprised us with a birthday song and a cake with candles I was over the moon. He definitely made my night and I truly think he deserves a promition

Wanting a special quiet Thurday evening, after booking a reservation for my family, we were welcomed by the staff to a beautiful and elegant restaurant.
We ordered the lamb shank, chef's seafood and wagyu steak. Things started to go south after we ordered. To begin with, There was one hour waiting time for the meals to arrive during which we were offered bread for two (although we were four).
The lamb shank was upto the mark, nothing special coming from a high end restaurant.
The seafood was okay, mostly seasoned with salt.
I had the steak and mind you, steak is my go to order at any restaurant but The steak at Torch 360 was simply salty through and through. The mushroom saute on top was even saltier that i couldnt go more than two bites into it! So were the greens that were served with it.
Questioning my own palette, I made another family member taste and they couldnt agree more!
So we called the waiter and they were courteous to cook the meal again for me.
What followed was the uncomfortable and unpleasant part of the evening, and I would say rather rude. The staff assigned to us, Anower, was seen discussing with one staff after another looking at us directly and in our direct view (sure he could have been discussing something else but right after an incident, this was quite off putting).
The second steak that came was less saltier but salty none the less. The sauce that came along was stepped up with salt even more (unlike last time).
They offered a beverage as a sign of apology, and I ordered a soft drink (to help with the excess salt). Then came whispers of "she ordered a soft drink" among the waiters around us and this time we heard it!
Wanting to leave the place immediately (since my family were done), i finished my rather expensive meal and silently suffered through every salt laden bite.
My family ordered dessert meanwhile, the chocolate cake and tiramisu were excellent.
All in all, it was tragic evening for me personally. I dont think I will go back again since the main course was not just average and pathetically salty for a restaurant of its appeal but also unforgivable for staff behavior.

It's disappointed evening . Went with family for dinner . Our waitress amina don't know the food menu asked she cannot explain the soup of the day or chicken soulaki. We are particular about our eating habits she said it's chicken breast but it's not. Lack of knowledge. Service derailed. Improve order taking manner . Fine dining restaurant doesn't meant to be like this .

I am exremely happy with my visit it thr restaurant. We've been greeted with huge enthusiasm by Mahmoud who perosnally assisted us to the table and grabed the chairs for us. He showed us a 5 star quality service and went beyond and above what is requested and hoped for. He was extremely helpful and offered advice regarding food and what to order which was absolutely great. The view is phenomenal and it felt great revolving around an seeing different vuew each time.
Hats off to Mahmoud who made our night very exceptional with his assistance and positive attitude and his eagerness to offer the best if everything

The staff Mahmoud is very friendly and accomodating. Apart from that, the view in Three sixty restaurant is stunning! I really appreciate the night lights of Doha. The wagyu beef that was served is also mouth watering. I’m sure to come back again for another occasion.

We went to celebrate our anniversary at 360 & to try the new menu, we were amazed by the food quality. As Vegetarian we tried most of the new dishes and we were not disappointed. Vegan platter was the star of the menu & the desert was cherry on the top. They accommodated our request to make changes in food as per our need and service was 7 star. It was worth the price and the panoramic view from 47th floor is mesmerising.
A Must visit place in Doha !!!

We had our first anniversary on 15th feb. I began to attempt reservations for 6 persons at 6.30pm. And the first question I asked them that can we bring the cake from outside because we had already ordered our cake as per our choice , At that time he agreed.
But I was told that they would confirm my reservation after an hour.
So I got the got from them after an hour or so,but this time some other receptionist took the charge.
We reached there and ordered our food which was overpriced. Meanwhile we thought of cutting the cake but we were interrupted by one of the staff. They told us that we are not allowed to bring the cake from outside.
Firstly, when I had a talk with the first receptionist he agreed. When i tried to told him the same. He was like, no ma’am. When we called you to confirm your reservations , that time you didn’t asked as such.
Why am I supposed to ask the same question over and over again? Anyway, we didn’t wanted to ruin our day we let go off that matter.
Again, we were disappointed with the food. The chicken was not cooked properly. The food was overpriced, even the quantity were very less as per the price.
We had a very bad experience and would never ever visit in our lifetime for sure. It might be great for a coffee but not for dining.

Great set menu options.Delicious food, relaxing ambiance with a view, the revolving feature of the restaurant makes for a unique experience. We loved our overall dining experience and this will not be possible without the excellent service extended by Ms. Elmira and Mr. Vipin. Thank you for arranging the birthday special request.

My husband surprised me with a dinner at the Three Sixty restaurant. Our server Mahmoud was wonderful and very attentive. He even over heard that I really like the focaccia bread and brought over extra for my husband and I. I had the seafood soup and it was very tasty. For entrees I had the Chef Seafood special and it was amazing. My husband had the chicken skewer and was also very tasty. Thank you for a great dinner. Sorry no photos we ate everything way to fast.

We went with high expectations and while he view is amazing unfortunately the service was disjointed and the food was very average. The Lasagna was dry and inedible the pastas overloaded with cream. So go for the view but don’t expect great food

We wanted to celebrate something special for our wedding anniversary so we tried here at the famous 360° restaurant. Our dinner reservation was at 7pm. We came at around 6:30pm and were asked to wait in the lobby because dinner will start at exactly 7pm.
We ordered Wagyu and Lobster Thermidor for our main course (5/5). We also had calamari for appetizer (4/5), mushroom soup (2/5), and red velvet cake for dessert (5/5).
The staff were accomodating and friendly, especially Ms. Realiza. 😊
Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful view of Doha while having our good dinner. Thank you for the wonderful experience. 😊😊😊

Very nice ambience and a nice decor. The view of the doha from 47th floor is amazing. Mr.Mehmud gentelman he was very polite he delivered excellent service and was well aware about the food choice which made us easy to male our choice. Dessert umali was the best part evening.
