This is a good place for a romantic dinner. Really enjoyed ambience and food was extraordinary. However, the pricing of the food is a bit high according to me but judging by the quality of food and customer service, it was worth it.

The worst experience I ever had in a fine dining restaurant. The place is magnificient and so is the food. But the reception guy needs to be trained with right cpnduct and proper manner with dealing with guests. We were 4 and we came without...reservation. He asked us what are we going to order, if we will ordet coffe or tea they gave tea garden resto and we might as well go there. We ignore his indifferent attitude towards us. Then we ask if we can come inside girst and we will make our order. We were not allowed to even go inside and sit. Ok, since this dinner is already planned, we still kept composed and mannered (though i may say i regret it coz that guy doesnt deserve a bit of respect from us) My friend asked for the menu, again without any respect and friendly tone, he just pointed to the QR code and said " scan from there" we were kept standing at the reception for about 10mins while we were choosing the food. Then someone said we can now have our seats!!! This is the only resto that dont allow guests to go sit comfortably while we decide on what to get. Considering that the venue was even empty when we came and there were only 3 tables that were occupied with 2 guests each table. This is very disgusting!!! Please 360 management, train your staff well with customer service. Not all who come simply, regardess of race or ethinicity deserve to be trrated that way. That is our first time there and staff should have been helpful to suggest best seller or whatever. We will not come unprepared, we know its fine dining resto and not an average fastfood chain. What should have been a good get together experienced turned into our WORST NIGHTMARE!!!More

It was a great experience to dine in at 360 degrees restaurant. The foods were delicious and staffs were very friendly.
