We were told that this was a must do while in Bogota, and we're so glad we tried it. The atmosphere with the live music was awesome, and the decor was as unique as I've ever seen in a restaurant before. Our servers Henri, Alejandro,...and Piza were so attentive and super friendly. The food was absolutely delicious! We told Henri to order us a bunch of local dishes we could share, and everything was really tasty. Our favorite dishes had to be the chicharones (fried pig skin) and the house speciality, which was one of the most tender and delicious beef I've ever had! Every dish we had was so tasty and unique, and we really enjoyed most of the plates that were served to us that evening. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the good was outstanding! I highly recommend going there for a meal if ever in Bogota!More

This restaurant was highly recommend from many people. I came on a vacation in Colombia from Canada. We decided to experience the restaurant. Once arrived, parked the car and out to the entrance, this is exactly where our experience ended. We were rudely received by...an employee at the door. The young man told my wife to get back (it was pouring rain) and wait until he call her. Then he asked her name, her phone number and her passport number. I instantly object stating that we were not going under an investigation but coming to enjoy a meal and spend money in this establishment. The young man handed us over a young woman who was confused about what was going on and asked the other receptionist what was all about? The young man answered her that I was complicated and did not wanted to deal with me!!! What a reception! We simply walked away and drove to another restaurant named Lomos Parrilla, where we had a very nice dining experience in all sense.More

I was there on business on a week day so we decided to visit the Bogotá Andres Carne de Res, it was a salsa night and there was a band coming down the stairs, waiters and waitresses dancing, I went out for a dance also....The menu is amazing, so big, difficult to choose from as all sounds amazing. Had a great evening, great food, and looking forward to visit the Chia one.More

We had our first dinner at Bogota at Andres Carnes de Res in Bogota. This is not only a dinner but a full experience. The restaurant is super busy with people but also decor. The menu is huge over 76 pages and has items for...all flavors. Every dish we ordered was excellent , the arepas and the plantains dishes were our favorites. Cocktails list was extensive. A great place to taste Colombian food and see the locals. It was such a good experience that we came back at the end of our trip for a last night dinner at this restaurant.More

Nice decoration and atmosphere, great fun, excellent food but the prices are too high. You may have the same wonderful meat in another high level restaurant for half the price. If you just want to eat, go to another place. If you want to eat...and also to party and don't mind how much you spend, this is the place.More

Andres Carne de Res during the Carnival period was particularly crazy - and a lot of fun for the kids. The food was good without being exceptional. The service was a little slow, but the size of the place probably explains that.

The food is great and well presented. The menu is enormous making choosing food a lengthy but enjoyable process. Menus are in English too. The vibe is thumping music, some of which is live Latin played by a 5 piece band. There are actors going...round in various zany costumes and they make a point of attending every table. Great fun place, but don’t expect to have a conversation unless you are in the toilets!! It is an institution, so you have to go to one of the branches in ColombiaMore

Hi! One is in Bogotá City, the one I went and recommended. There is another outside the city (which, by the way is huge!) located in the district of Chia, about 1 hour driving from Bogotá. Hope this answer is helpful.
