This is a great restaurant. Its basic principle is to serve typical dishes from different parts of Colombia, but with a high end twist. The results are superb and give you a wonderful taster into what Colombian regional dishes taste like. We had as starters: Conejo Ahumado - smoked rabbit in a crispy ball on a smear of tamarind sauce... More

Even though Im not vegetarian several members of my family were and were completely unable to eat. They just sat there had the only veggie appetizer and watched us eat for over an hour. Completely unacceptable by today standards.

We were looking very much forward to visiting this restaurant, but unfortunately we couldn't be served since one of us was a vegetarian (which we noted in the reservation but had no response to). As a vegetarian you could only eat to starter courses which weren't really enough (especially when you're looking forward to eating 10+ courses). The dishes we... More

Great lunch at Leo. The menu offers a variety of dishes made with local Colombian ingredients. Food is delicious. Professional service.

We were staying in Bogota a single night and I had heard about this restaurant before so we had to pay it a visit. We ordered the tasting menu (the last evening it would the 2016 version would ever be served) along with the matched wines/drinks. Exquisite - the novelty of the flavours and ingredients, the exemplary plate design, some... More

We stayed 10 days in Bogota and tested over 10 "high ranked" restaurants. "Leo" came on top of our list. The décor, cleanness, service and food surpassed all the other restaurants we tested. She deserves to be on the top 50 in the Latin America San Pellegrino list. We would say that her forthcoming 2017 ranking should be better that... More

We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing and it was just great. The pairing was excellent. The dishes very unique and perfectly presented! Friendly staff.

We went here based on the 2016 San Pellegrino review (#16 in South America). We were absolutely delighted by the food, wine pairings and service. Our waiter apologized for his English, but he explained each dish clearly and in good detail. The local ingredients and techniques made for vibrantly flavorful food. The standouts were the ahi tuna tartare with ants,... More

We went to Leo's based on word of mouth and looking for a counterpoint to the two weeks of typical Colombian food that we had had on trek in the Andes. We were entirely successful - this is a serious restaurant that demands your full attention to the food. Not only because it is cleverly plated and beautiful to look... More

On the food, interesting menu that brings a lot of Colombian flavours to the plate, however the tenderloin was raw (and they insisted that was "medium"), and the octopus was nothing that justifies the price. However the worst was the service, which was incredibly slow (50 minute wait to get the main courses - having stated that they should not... More
