Went on a Friday night and fire dancers performed. They have maintained the cultural aspect and have incorporated modern day themes which is quite impressive. Setup is very plesent and great place to just chill with family n friends over Pizzas and beers.

We headed out to watch the fire dancers. They were amazing and you could tell they loved their job and we're proud of their success. The dirt road in needs some attention as it was really bad. Meals and drinks were good and fairly priced.

You can ring direct or go to the front desk at your resort and they should happily do it for you......we stayed at Breaka's and it was not a problem for them ....just part of the service.
Are there any hotels near by?

Hideaway Island Resort is just a short (1-2min) ferry ride away. The main attraction is the reef.
Hi, The Beach Bar on a Friday night seems to be 'must do' - so we intend to get there on the one Friday we are there...I believe that the Wet and Wild attraction is very near so it may be an idea to spend some time (hours?) there and wander in around sunset. Our family of six ranges from me (75 year old grandpa) to my chicken nugget addicted 8 year old granddaughter so I would appreciate a rough idea of prices if you can recall any. Also what is the transport like after? Regards, Rod.

Transport in the local shuttle buses are about 300 Vatu per person (just over AUD$3) and they run until the bar is closed. YOu can all jump in one of those together and it's owned by local people -they are like a little mini... More

A great place to hang out for the day. The Beach Bar is famous for its wood fire pizzas, but offers a large choice of alternatives as well. The kids just love playing on the beach with all the free water toys while Mum & Dad relax in the beer garden. Sit back and enjoy the stunning sunsets over Mele Bay whilst enjoying a cold beer or glass of wine. Keep an eye out for the special "Friday Night Fire Dancing" evenings, Tuesday Movie nights on Port Vila's biggest screen, right on the beach and our Sunday Sessions starting with live music from 1pm followed by our great new show "Sunday Kustam Karnival" where Bank's Snake Dancers meet our talented Circus Performers". Something for everyone at The Beach Bar!
