Pork steaks grilled at your table with many vegetable sides. Very good. They include lettuce to make lettuce wraps. The bean sprouts were a good side dish.

This restaurant is just few steps away from the famous Maple Tree. Having eaten in Maple Tree we could say that this restaurant is just as good but less expensive.

Generally Korean food is not my cup of tea but you can't really visit Korea without trying Korean BBQ at least once. This restaurant is better than most and part of the improved environment in Itaewon. There are dozens of restaurants in the area for all tastes but you will find a green neon bottle signaling their entrance. Restaurant was... More

I was really craving for a korean BBQ and my Korean friend brought me to this place. The staff were amazing and welcoming. When we ordered our food, everything was delivered quickly and she just started grilling the Korean meats we have ordered which were fantastic. The cold noodle was quite interesting and the broth was well-balanced, perfect for a... More

This is my first time to write something bad but it really ruins my precious moment... I never recommend this restaurant to anyone. All staffs ignore me and they don't serve food properly (even though I ordered the most expensive galbi, $32, on the menu). They said "sorry" for their services after my complaint but their faces tell the opposite.

Stopped for lunch, great location in Itaewoon. Weather was fantastic so open windows and made for good people watching. Ordered around 4 different types of meat to BBQ and they brought unlimited amounts of traditional sides (onions, garlic, kimchi and other veggies). Moderately priced, think for two of us around $40 a person but we did have a lot of... More

We found this recently and went back 3 times. Good quality meats. Good location. Nice windows to look out over Itaewon. They serve mostly beef but also have pajeon and stews. No liquor except soju, mokkoli, and beer. Staff is hepful and friendly.

While exploring Itaewon on my first day, I stumbled upon this location. Like others pointed out, it is hard to find a korean restaurant in the midst of all the "foreign friendly" spots. For local food, it was on the pricey side but not too bad. Service was fine and so was the food. I had better with more options... More

There are many restaurants in Itaewon but hard to find a Korean one. We checked the menu posted on the door (with English subtitles) and found what we were looking for. I tried the Bibimbap, and my wife tried a green onion pancake (haemul pajeon?) and both were good. The meal started with a small bowl of Kochi and some... More

Staying in Itaewon

Neighbourhood Profile
Neighboring the immense Yongsan American Garrison, Itaewon was once shunned by locals as a seedy, red light district. But within the past few years, Itaewon and its surrounding neighborhoods such as Kyunglidan and Haebangchong have undergone a major revival to quickly become one of Seoul’s hottest areas. Here, trendy international restaurants dot the area alongside hip lounge bars and some of Seoul’s hottest club venues. After dark, Itaewon comes into its own as one of Seoul’s top party scenes. The crowd is a fascinating patchwork of all backgrounds and identities, including a small but thriving Muslim community (centered on Korea’s sole mosque), the LGBT community (with a string of popular bars and clubs), and a wide range of ethnicities and cultures scattered around. Those seeking a quiet respite should head towards the eastern end, in Hannam-dong, which not only has one of Korea’s best art museums, the Leeum Samsung Museum of Art, but plenty of mid-range to upscale restaurants and cafes.
