The shop is located at 2nd floor and same row with Skypark 1 Hotel. I like the porridge here, the hot and spicy level is meet my expectations.

Start the day with a warm and hearty abalone with mushroom porridge. The portion is very substantial and there are also different types of combination to choose. Located in the heart of Myeongdong.

Went to Bonjuk as there is a long queue at the famous porridge shop nearby. However, there is no regrets at all! Try the abalone porridge!

Comparing the take-away I had for Migabon, the porridge at this place is just average. They are quite generous with the ingredient. If you just want a quick bite and don’t wish to queue (as compare to Migabon) then just drop by this place.

Feels like the Cheongnyangni outlet has better ambience, quality and service. But overall, love love Bonjuk. Tried it 3x during my 8D7N stay in Seoul. Would recommend everyone to try at least 1x.

Arguably Seoul’s most famous neighbourhood and
undoubtedly one of its most popular, Myeongdong takes
shopping and eating to new heights, with hundreds of
shops, restaurants, and cafes all stacked on top of
one another. The rise in popularity of Korean
cosmetics, fashion, and more has made this area a
must-see for visitors who come and marvel at
Myeongdong’s often frenetic pace and energy. Lotte and
