Awesome dessert, crowd but quick enough so the wait wasn’t too long. Good price and service was great. Notice that some dessert were sold out quickly. Otherwise, found my favorite dessert.

Sul Bing is well known for having delicious bingsu. Apparently, they developed their own appliances for making the bingsu. I had a Chocolate Oreo bingsu on one occasion; and Injeolmi bingsu with friends on another occasion. The prices are moderate, but the bingsu is huge...and delicious! The views from the restaurant are nice - you can look out over the lights of Myeongdong if you go of an evening. It can be quite packed here, so arrive just outside of meal times to ensure a table. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!More
Great patbingsoo of all varieties for those that are into shaved ice snow. No chunky bites here and it's all smooth as snow ice. The traditional tastes works best for me as opposed to the fancy strawberry laden ones.
On the 2nd floor n 3rd floor. Order was fast and staff were friendly. Ordered strawberry bingsu and strawberry were sweet with fine shaving of ice. Negative on 2nd fl and those who are elderly or wheelchair bound would need more assistance. Observed the staff...do help these people but that the best they can do.More
Classic bingsu spot Injeolmi bingsu is a classic and very delicious, a nice rest spot after a long day of shopping
I went to this bing-su cafe yesterday noon with my family. We tried ordering from the self ordering kiosk & but to no avail. We proceed to place 2 sets of bingsu over counter & wait. After wajting half an hour, we start to notice...those q numbers behind us already receive their orders. It became clear to us when q no. 38 flash( our q no is 36) I stood up & went over to counter to enquire from the waitress about my order. The waitress who is manning the counter give me a black face & just briefly signal me to wait some more. Somehow, we finally receive our orders briefly. We quickly finish the bingsu & went off to regroup with our tour guide. This is the 1st negative review I choose to write for my Korea trip. All the passive body language & negativd attitude are uncalled for. Are these behaviour arise due to we are foreigners?? I expect a reasonable explanation. Regards, ClaraMore
Tried the honeydew bingsu and it was really pretty. The portion is generous and good for sharing between 2 pax. This is really satisfying for people with a sweet tooth.Other than this, they have many other items as well. Prices are reasonable. This shop is...popular with locals and tourists. A must try.More
Absolutely a must try! We've ordered the strawberry cheesecake bingsu and the fluffy shaved ice is so flavourful because it is made with milk, topped with really sweet strawberries. The cheese and syrup greatly complements the taste as well.
This is another must-have snack on our to eat list when we are in Korea. Sulbing has an interesting variety of bingsu to try. We had the tiramisu bingsu and it was heavenly. We also tried two different types of toasted bread, one with flacky...peanuts and another with cream and chocolate on top. This place is totally great for fans of bingsu's like we are.More
If you're in Seoul, don't miss a chance to have Bingsu at Sulbing. It included lots of our favorite desserts (fruit, cheesecake, ice cream, and shaved ice) but combined in a way that we had never experienced before. Dessert heaven!
Discovered this gem place by accident. It’s located at 2nd Floor, was very spacious with lots of seating. We arrived there slightly passed tea break and before dinner, hence lots of empty seating. There’s only 3 of us, hence we ordered 2 dessert (Injeolmi Shave...Ice & Injeolmi Toast). We checked with the staff and these 2 items are the original flavor and most popular items. The Injeolmi toast is very crispy and they have a layer of mochi in between the toast. This gives a crispy yet chewy texture which interest the taste bud. You can choose to add condensed milk to enhance the sweetness. As I prefer less sweet, hence consume as it is, is sufficient. The Injeolmi shave ice is vert refreshing and flavorful top with plenty of Mung bean powder. Overall is less sweet and it’s a great dessert. Highly recommend this place for all ages.More
A Korean trip is not complete without a trip to Sulbing for Bingsoo. Multitudes of choices along with seasonal specials. You can’t really go wrong choosing anything here.
There's several locations of Sulbing Dessert Cafe around Korea. I've eaten at several different locations in both Seoul and Busan. It is pretty consistent across locations. It's a good Korean shaved ice, bingsu, place. They have many different varieties to choose from, and they usually...have some sort of fun, seasonal flavors as well. The traditional injeolmi one is very good, but if they have the injeolmi macaron one available, that one is even better! The strawberry macaron one is quite good too. In my opinion, don't waste your time on the melon bingsu, unless you really need an Instagram photo of it lol, because it doesn't taste that good and is awkward to eat. Prices are fair. Order at the counter, they'll give you a buzzer thing, pick a seat and go pick up your order once your buzzer goes off. Bus your own table when you are finished - they have a return window area where you can drop off your tray when finished.More
Most popular dessert in summer season. Superlicious powdery snowflakes ice dessert, sweet melon & read beans and Imjeolmi (인절미) Korean rice cake with powdered soybean bingsu. This Korea dessert cafe is located on level 2 which gives a good view of the lovers walking streets...below. A small seating area which could be packed at peak hours.More
Trendy happy joint. Great atmosphere with fab desserts. Get in early, they are enormous servings , definitely for sharing. Like eating snow, with cheesecake sprinkled on top. Yum
