So its a traditional Egyptian shisha and tea place in the middle of the market , visited by many celebrities , even the king of eygpt used to go there. The fresh mango juice and 'karkadi' is a must try there and its really cheap. Alot of sellers and beggars will pass by your table and they can go away... More

I paid 50le just a cup of coffee!

Fishawy reflect an amazing period of time in history of Cairo. You have to try there green tea. And don't worry about the beggars as they will just keep coming.

Didn't see a single local person while there. This place is clearly in all the guidebooks so everyone goes. With the tourist, comes salesman going table to table selling scarfs and misc. We were starving by the time we arrived so ordered lunch. Not sure if this place actually serves food or if they ordered delivery from somewhere else, but... More

The place suppose to have a huge reputation because of its excellent location, however, the place is very poor with no even bathroom for the customers. Need improvement for sure and need to clean the surrounding area for customers to be able to sit comfortably.

Cairos probably best known, cause first cafe. Crowded with locals and tourists. Just located in middle of the Khan-el-Khalili market. (quiet hard to find, if you dont know exactly where). Awesome tea!!! Just a little different then the typical streetcafes, more service, better quality, nicer presentation. Everything is more authentic which makes it more enjoyable. Just come here at night... More

El fishawy is one of the oldest, most original local cafe in Egypt. The place is awesome with its old antiques, mirrors and lounges. You have to try the fresh green tea and shisha.
