Too pretentious : some of my pasta was not cooked ? How they did it ? They were supposed to use Basel but they used parsley instead, and insisted that was Basel....! They think they know it all !

Granted we were a large party of 8 people but we had booked. They got the order wrong to start with then the food was almost inedible. What more can one say?

I liked the gnocchi and pasta; first class. But the place is due for renovation and the portions are small. I plan to return to this old favourite.

The food is below average, the service is below average and the atmosphere is terrible; it's like you are sitting in a low life street ally. Not recommended for food at least. Some people are posting that coffee is good but hey there are "coffee" places everywhere. I was expecting an Italian food experience with the very cool Italian name... More

Came to dinner here with my son. It's a very cute little place which has a very European flair. Lots of young people come here. The food was prepared nicely and the pasta dishes are excellent. Wait staff was good. A very nice little Italian restaurant to visit.

I would only like to say that every time we're in Cairo, we have to pass by. My husband is italian and says it's one his favorite restaurants. And believe me, he is very picky about his pasta! The restaurant itself is not big or fancy but it's a cosy place if you're looking for some peace and quiet :)

For some reason there is a large number of waiters here but one never feels taken care of. It's difficult to be understood, drinks and food arrive at random times, and on top of that the waiters can be rude.

Just around the corner, a bit hidden but very central 10 Meters from the 26th July street, This little Restaurant deserves a visit! Great italian food, I loved the variety of the pasta-dishes! If you work in Zamalek this place is recommended for a lunch-break. Go with a friend - and have fun in this little restaurant!

There's nothing fancy about the food here. However, the restaurant is tucked away in a little alleyway. It can be a bit smokey; they allow smoking inside. There's some outdoor seating too. It's a great place for a cozy Italian dinner or just to meet up quickly for a beverage with friends. Oh, and there are lots of vegetarian options.

ok, it was stupid to order it. It came looking like a reject sheet of paper from a lazar printer, a little rolled. and a little thicker. it was stupid not to send it back. ( at 60 EL) But they had a picture of a delicious looking schnitzel and my son was already eating his chicken and mushroom pasta,... More
