Actually I tried the fondue once in Switzerland as it's the popular dish there. Once I found it in Egypt, I decided to try it and it's actually great. Same taste with more varieties. The stuff is friendly. The place is clean and cozy.

Nice place for gathering with friend around a Fondue Pot, service is good but prices are a little bit expensive, the place gets busy during weekend so better to make a reservation in advance.

The food and service id of poor quality. The food ain't tasty at all. The restaurant is smelly. We tried both ready menu and racklete both were of poor quality. I think you need to reconsider a lot of aspects. The waiters were really helpful

In spite of the luxurious setting, you shouldn't be afraid of trying. One advice, choose your plates according to the weather. You shouldn't run for a fondue if it's too hot. Be creative in choosing from the menu... the raclette is the best in this season..

Fondue pot used to be good but the service is not as it used to be in Heliopolis branch even though the CFC branch is definitely better.

We went there on my birthday... and we regretted The prices are expensive for the value presented... First they have a different menu... and the waiters wrongly explain the menu... as what they said u don't really find... The first plate was the fondue cheese... we somehow enjoyed but it is a little bit expensive.. but it is OK with... More

"Fondue Pot" offer for Cairo citizens more than good quality: a new experience. We are not in Egypt very familiar with the melted cheese concept and beside one other restaurant ("Swiss Air"), "Fondue Pot" is the second restaurant all over Egypt offering the experience of "Fromage/Cheese Fondue". The food quality is great, whether we are talking about the cheese, the... More

We visited the branch in Cairo festival city, because we didn't know the menu well we went for the combination meal choice no.2. for 2 people I can't describe how delicious the food was. The cheese fondue with Mashroom was amazing, the steak was super good and the tobleronefondue is beyond anything I ever tasted. The portions were very big,... More

Traveling is a great experience. Just ask my teen age daughter. It is also full of contradictions. When I lived in the Maadi area of Cairo, there was a wonderful, small Swiss restaurant right down the street. On this trip we were quite a distance away, but my daughter still had an urge for fondue. Fortunately The Fondue Pot was... More
