Five bells is a hidden gem in Zamalek .. great appetizers, drinks, efficient service and a really nice atmosphere .. all at a very reasonable price.

Food was not good. The garden roof of covered by a large white tarp. Might have been temporary but took away from the beautiful space everyone described. All this could have been acceptable but the service was awful. We asked for the check four times....More
The restaurant is very pretty with it's big covered garden and relaxing piano music. The dish I had (BBQ beef) was nice, although nothing special. Service was very nice.

A nice outside garden and even inside is just great. Food is very tasty and the service is 5 stars. Even to take a drink at the bar with some mezzas you'll just have a fantastic time. Reservation is recommended.
It's an elegant place in a sort of garden which is unusual in Cairo. Good food, nice service and affordable prices. European/Mediterranean atmosphere. A place to go every time you visit Cairo!
I consider it one of the most elegant and chic places in Cairo. The mezza menu is brilliant and always consistent. The staff are very friendly, prompt and professional. Drinks are so nice and prices are very reasonable to the service you get

I was really turned off by their service both times I have been there. Super, super slow. Don't think I'll go back a third time.
