I experienced Carnivore with a group of coworkers and it was an amazing experience. I tried several types of meat for the first time and it was clean and well cooked. Definitely a must experience when in Nairobi.

This place is big and bold. Luxurious and powerful atmosphere. All the meat you can eat with samples of ostrich, crocodile, and more. Spare ribs and beef ribs are great and many sauces to choose from.

The ambiance and food were wonderful, but the service was lacking. We had to ask for drinks and dessert menus multiple times.

The actual dinner here organized by our safari operator was okay with a selection of grilled meats on offer and few other choices. However the redeeming factor was the atmosphere which was quite good.

This is a unique place to eat. Worth the stop. They have a large variety of dishes and you are served all of them. You are able to eat as much as you want.

It's strange how this restaurant has held on to its true character and deep gastronomical roots. It has been more than ten years and I have been to the Carnivore, then away from it, then back to it. If I was to describe this restaurant,...More

Originally visited in 2001 and it was the perfect way to end our families safari. Wanted to return ever since. Went as a solo and sat in an open air area at a table for two. Very good customer service. They are constantly bringing you...More
