I have been here two times during this last few months and I must say the food is good. The price is on the high side. A beer would be cheaper in Sweden. But could be considered as a home away from home if you...More

Attached to the kempinski Hotel in the Lufthansa Center is a very class Munich brauhaus. Very good food and beer in a gemutlichkeit atmosphere. Classis southern German cuisine and friendly service. Outdoor area is very pleasant when the weather is good. Very expensive for a...More

Authentic German fare and beer. Good food, great beer and a nice ambience. The outdoor searing was a real bonus. A filling meal of bratwurst, German style potatoes, breads served with spreadable meats, cheese and butter plus a 1 liter hefeweitzen (wheat) beer was approximately...More

Everything you could want in a Brauhaus including a microbrewery and wonderful meat selections. Patio seating is available for pleasant evenings. Service was prompt and the beer is frankly wonderful. This is not a restaurant for kids. It is for adults prepared to eat and...More

RECOMMENDED: This restaurant has outdoor seating, which is unique to Beijing and thus popular on warmer nights. This is a the real deal straight from Muenchen. With so much either shipped in or made on premise, dishes to run out. Located (to no big surprise)...More

I have now visited this restaurant 5 times and each time that I return I leave fully satisfied with my dining experience. The pretzels are always fresh; the sauages-many options--all are good; the salad with chicken breast was excellent; the scnitzel was delicious. The beer...More

Once you get over the Chinese staff wearing Bavarian uniforms, this is a great little slice of Germany in the heart of Beijing. The menu is classic, the beer is cold (and brewed on site), and the service is excellent. Can't wait to return.

This place is very German, which is a good thing as it happens. In winter it's cozy and warm. In summer the bier garten is in full swing. And on those rare Beijing blue Sky days it's great for sun. Few high buildings near the...More

After a busy morning of doing touristy type things a couple of colleagues and I returned to the Hilton Beijing Hotel and then walked down to the Paulaner Brauhaus where we each had the lunch special - there were five to choose from but we...More

Have eaten here twice in the past few weeks. This restaurant is exceptionally clean, with ample space for a large crowd. I really enjoyed the variety of saugage options; chicken, mashed potatoes and more. The beer, while enjoyable, is pricey compared to other establishments. Service...More

Beijing's premier and most popular microbrewery, the Paulaner Bräuhaus, is the place for steins of great beer and hearty Bavarian hospitality. This award-winning restaurant serves traditional Bavarian and German dishes. The restaurant serves classical German dishes like Frankfurter, Thuringian sausages or Pork knuckle, but also has lighter meals like creamy potato or onion soup, or one of our crisp German salads all served in a genuine, spacious Bavarian setting. The expansive beer garden is the perfect place to relax with friends and family, enjoying a hearty meal and a glass of our home-brewed Paulaner beer. Listen to the swinging sounds of our nightly live band or be a guest during our famous Oktoberfest or Maifest. Paulaner Bräuhaus is a popular gathering spot for tourists, locals and foreign residents alike, so come and get a taste of the “Old World” flavor on offer here.
