There seems to be lots of choices on the menu which are creative but the taste was not as good as expected. The crispy balls were too sweet and the Jasmine tea I was given was not Jasmine. The management and operations could be smoother.

Really, the heading does say it all. The food was really good. You won't feel welcome though, and the servers really don't feel like serving you. Fair review

Chicken feet was delicious. Siumai was exceptional!
Friend pork bun and xiao long bao were tasty but I liked other dim sum restaurant's versions better.

Food here are delish. I love the hakaw and siumai. Prices are affordable. Try King’s Dimsum when you visit HK.

food is just so so. I have tasted better dim sum. You have to pay for the tea even if you don't drink it. It cost HK4 per person.

The whole Jardin Bazaar street is a good street when you see lots of local eateries. We saw King's Dim Sum when we were looking for roast goose, suckling pig, etc for dinner and decided to try the dim sum for our bfast. If u take MTR, exit F, you will see Bee Cheng Hiang store. Walk down the street on left of Bee Cheng Hiang and u will see the multiple eateries that stretch.
We paid HKD165 for 6 dim sum items, the portions are big so I'd suggest ordering 4-5 items first if u are just 2 pax. They serve v quickly so you can always order if not enough. It is a cool 24c in October when we were here, so we were happy to sit outside and people watch as we enjoy our breakfast. Price is reasonable as portions are good, plus they a lot of variety to choose from!

This is far from the best dim sum in the city but for what they charge it’s an absolute steal, for both takeaway and eat-in. Only HK$80 for three dishes, all delicious.

The dim sums here are fantastic. You know it's good when the locals queue up for it. Use the tea to wash down the utensils and bowls (the clear bowl is the basin to collect the washed tea). The har gao, beef balls, rice (chicken/mushroom or chicken feet/pork), prawn & vegetable dumplings are great

Went for a family trip to Hong Kong recently. Upon checking into the hotel, we had a walk nearby our hotel and chanced upon King's Dim Sum.
We decided to try out the dim sum, Iwould not say the dim sum is fantastic but it's also not that bad.
However when we called for the bill, my family and I felt that it's very expensive. We only ordered a few but it cost almost S$50.

Served with hot piping food. Lots of variety. 2 of us and we ordered 5 dishes to share and it was more than enough.
Siewmai is delicious, 汤饺 is rich in flavour because they use scallop, prawns and abalones for both soup and filling. Must try crispy pork bun, it's crispy on the outside and soft inside.
Rated 4 instead of 5 bubbles cos cleanliness matters. Flies were flying in everywhere which was pretty annoying cos half of the time I was swatting it away. Also their main area where they dump the dishes in the bucket is right smack in the dining area so a little unhygienic. Still, if you sit further away, that wouldn't affect you!

Stopped at this dim sum place as it was close to our hotel and picked an outdoor table (there was some seething inside). You fill out a form with your order (menu in English) and flask of Jasmine tee arrives followed quickly by freshly prepared authentic dim sum with dipping sauces. All the food was delicious and for the price was great value.
Great for inexpensive fresh tasty dim sum. Overall a winner.

We were walking around, looking for some Dimsum for lunch. By chance we found this place, right at junction of Jardine's Bazaar n Fu Hing Lane. Though the place is small, hardly a few tables but Dimsum was so authentic Hong Kong taste. What surprised us was the price was very reasonable, can be considered cheap. Quite a lot of people come by for take-away because it's seating is very limited. Must come back again.

Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
