Firstly I must say that you can get some of the best dim sum in Hong Kong here. I know this from previous times. But you can’t get an executive lunch on a weekend. And the dim sum we got this time were really good...More

It doesn't' get any better than this. A 3 star Michelin Restaurant definitely worth the journey. Great Management from Food & Beverage Hotel Support to Local Managers and Assistant Manager Michael and Waiters like Tony. Must try the super fresh noodles, vegetables, the peking duck,...More

The restaurant is famous for its dim sum (Cantonese term for dishes prepared as small bite-sized portions of food served in small steamer baskets or on small plates). The special dim sum for that day was the deep fried Chinese chives dumpling. I would prefer...More

Most dishes were tasty, however is it deserving of 3 Michelin stars? probably not. Not a place you would go back to (irrespective of price). On the matter of price, if you order abalone, you bill will quickly escalate from $200 to $2,000.

A friend and I thought it would be a bit of fun to close out our Hong Kong Trip there, and we were not disappointed. The room itself was a very pleasant, clean design. The view from our table by the windows was very nice....More

I think dinner is easier to get, but I would still make reservations as soon as possible. You can always cancel, but at least you've got the reservation already.
