We were staying at the hotel and on the first night decided to try the in-house Michelin starred restaurant. Food and service at level, ambience not so much, but some could like it.

As a Michelle star restaurant, I can't accept the food served in warm. From my two recent visit : one lunch and one dinner. I feel the quality of food is dropping. Not worth to pay high price for such kind of food.

This is our favorite restaurant. We booked the lunch through Chope and it was very dependable and simple and quick.
Stayed July 14 to 17 at cordis trio family room. Front office receptionist recommended the ming court restaurant. Did not disappoint us at all. Both service and food is excellent.

the dim sum lunch here is exquisite with a great variety. The ambience is elegant and service attentive. My favorite dishes are crab meat in egg white, crispy chicken, soy-sauce chicken, roast pork and roast duck.
