One of the best American restaurants in Hong Kong. If you like burgers and steaks they have a great selection. Quality and choice of food excellent. Good choice of beers and wine at reasonable prices especially if you join their membership scheme. Exceptional service from staff especially Judy, Jania and Kelvin.

Bro and Dad had enormous tasty looking burgers and mini burgers while I sank Bloody Mary!s for my jet lag. Cosy friendly setting.. efficient staff.. large screens advertising the choice dishes. Joined in for dessert after succumbing to the adverts and was not disappointed .. even tastier than they looked. High competition in Hong Kong as the standard of food... More

After a heavy day of shopping therapy you need to relax, eat and drink. Ruby Tuesday fits all the above, made special by attentive nature of Robin, not too sure if he was a manager, if not should be. Margaritas made to perfection, had to have another one. Food was good to.

A one-off with an old friend saw us sharing mixed fajitas and a whole rack of barbecued ribs. I felt the portion of sour cream was a trifle stingy but they tasted fine. The ribs were basically half a cow and the BBQ sauce at the start was delicious but as you eat more the sweetness tends to just begin... More

We actually really enjoy Ruby Tuesday's in Hong Kong. But we paid $100 for cheese fries today, expecting that they actually would sprinkle cheese on the french fries. They showed up and the cheese was like some kinda jelly. I asked the manager what was up and he said they use a 'cheese sauce' on the french fries. SAY WHAT?!?!... More

During a visit to Hong Kong we wanted some comfort food and Ruby's usually provides this. Not this one.... Expensive and nasty food. The waitress didn't have much of a clue. The prices were extortionate and the portions were small snd disgusting. Won't ever be visiting again. McDonald's is a quarter of the price and ten times nicer

Needing a change from Chinese food ,four of us visited an old favourite in Causeway Bay. Place was very busy. As we were only there four a one off meal we declined to join the Ruby Club where by completing so many visits the next year you are guaranteed to get 50% off your immediate meal and from them on.... This fusion cafe/restaurant offers great but pricey meals. However, if you visit in a weekday afternoon, there are snack meals such as cream cakes, burgers and sandwiches.that each costs about HK$60 including a choice of coffee or tea (while a cup of coffee or tea alone already costs about HK$50). Seats are always full during weekends and public holidays, and... More

We frequented Ruby Tuesdays in Taikoo Shing and Causeway Bay fur the last 10 plus years and my daughter has been there since she was 3 months old. Ruby Tuesday as we understand is one of the few restos in HK that distribute tips to staff and that we gather contributes to their staff's stickiness, which is a major reason... More

Food was not bad if you are craving ribs or burgers or steak etc... typical Western chain restaurant food. However, it is expensive if you're used to eating this type of food in N.America (but I guess it's pretty standard relative to what you would find in this area). Expect to pay at least 50% more than what you would... More

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
