Ganso Tsukemen has been on my to-try list for quite some time, and I finally got to visit it on my birthday. Visiting after peak lunch hour at 2pm allowed us to get our seats and order pretty quickly. On the other hand, sea urchin...was sold out at this time…So extra portion of sea urchin was not available… My friend ordered a Lobster Tsukemen, and I ordered a Cheesy Sea Urchin Tsukemen. We love the broth so much, as it was so thick and flavored, yet it wouldn’t make you thirsty. The stone pot also did a great job in keeping the broth pretty warm throughout the meal. The broth was so good that it actually made a great soup to drink on its own. Best thing about the broth is that you get unlimited refill! The lobster broth tasted like legit lobster bisque. And my cheesy sea urchin got bit and pieces of sea urchin at the bottom of the soup. Yum! The soft boiled egg with runny egg yolk was superb too! Portion of tsukemen was very generous. You usually get 110g to 130g of noodles in a ramen/tsukemen, but Ganso Tsukemen serves 180g of quality, thick and al dente noodles! How awesome is that! And that’s why we left with a food belly which lasted till pretty late of that night. We also ordered a snack of Soft Shell Crab to share. The freshly fried soft shell crab was quite fresh and meat, nom! Definitely coming back to try out other delicious tsukemen at a very reasonable price!More

I KNOW THIS PLACE IS FAMOUS FOR TSUKEMEN but I actually went there for the Tonkotsu ramen because they serve the ramen I like.It came in this thick broth which had a strong pork broth taste. The ramen soaked up the broth nicely so I...was really satisfied and the broth tasted so concentrated like it had been there for days using the same broth continuously topped up. The eel with rice was just the usual so I recommend the tonkatsu or the tsukemen. Also had the rice with cheese. The cheese was not cheddar and it appeared to be mixed with some butter and milk powder. Basically Asian style cheese like the stuff you get with Korean grills so that it looks like you are eating cheese but it's not even cheesy!More

Terrible "food", terrible service, not a place anyone should visit! Relevant authorities should investigate this place for hygiene standards.

This Japanese tsukemen restaurant has always been one of the most long queuing restaurants over here in TST.😛 They sell a unique ramen dish which was called the tsukemen, it's a Japanese cuisine that consists of noodles which are eaten after being dipped in a...separate bowl of soup or broth.🍲🥣 It's has been a very popular dish in Tokyo and throughout Japan, and it's now available in HK!!😍😍 . ▪Cheese Crab Paste Tsukemen w/ BBQ Pork & Flying Fish Roe 🦀🍲▪(HK$148) The lobster broth was kept heating in a lovely stone bowl, super rich and flavorful, but in fact a bit too salty. The meal also comes with a savory crab paste on a crab shell; and was covered with a layer of melted cheese🧀, very fresh and delicious!😍 Love the generous amount of flying fish roe in this meal set!!🤤🤤 The ramen noodles were al dente and matched perfectly with every slurp of it with the hot lobster broth. Extremely drool-worthy!🤤😋 . ▪Fish Broth Tsukemen w/ BBQ Pork 🐟🍲▪(HK$89) The fish broth for this one was pretty luscious and if I'm correct, the broth was also made with dashi powder; which you could slightly taste the essence of the sea and how fresh the broth is.🐟😍 The quality of the ramen noodles and the toppings were the same as cheese crab paste tsukemen set.😙 3 slices of tasty Japanese char siu and half a soft boiled egg.🥢 The combination of ramen and broth was just undeniably fantastic.😍 Definitely worth the shot!! 🍲More

We had a fantastic tsukemen in Tokyo and expected the same from specialized place in HK. However the didn’t deliver - lobster was not clean, with all of the grey mass inside, soups, whole not bad were not great, they forgot some side dishes and...charged more than in menu, referring to some text in chinese Not goodMore

Just “ate” here. They forgot half the items. What arrived was truly horrible. Place was dirty and disorganised. Avoid under all circumstances.

We went to this ramen place as it was on my to- eat list forever. We ordered the ricotta cheese dipping ramen which was rich and delicious. The portion was perfect for anyone who is feeling hungry and want some more. We also other sides...which was great too! Will definitely recommend anyone feeling something different to have a try as it is one of a kind!More

The staff there are quite friendly to be honest, but the manager will just stand at the cashier barking out things, yelling at the waiter/waitress, and are always negative. The ramen stayed on the counter, waiting for the not-so-hot soup to be ready to be...served along with the ramen. I had been to many Tsukemen (a type of Ramen) specialty shop and this one is just average, noodles are not even warm, the soup are warm only (they served in stone pot), the pork taste good, but their eggs are flat out tasteless. I wouldn't go again for sure.More
