Loved breakfast and dinner here. Wendy is so wonderful and so helpful. She gave us lots of tips for getting around the city. The other staff was wonderful as well. The food here is fresh and wonderfully tasty.

FINDS, Hong Kong's iconic Scandinavian restaurant & bar, is an acronym for the Nordic countries - Finland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Since 2004, it remains to be the only Nordic restaurant in the entire Pearl River Delta. Inspired by the generous Scandinavian seasons, the award winning Northern European cuisine by Finnish celebrity chef Jaakko Sorsa, features excellent seafood in the region and seasonal bounties complemented with typical Nordic techniques and contemporary presentation. Some of the signature dishes offering clean and honest flavours include Salmon in Six Ways, Nordic Seafood Platter, House Smoked Salmon Fillet, Venison Tenderloin, Grandmother Ida's Meatball and Daim Parfait Dessert. FINDS is a pioneer of social dining. Enjoyment of food & drinks is a visceral experience that is best enjoyed with friends and loved ones, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The interior resembles a colourful Nordic summer offering stylish and comfortable social environment that suit every mood, all day, every day. FINDS embraces green and sustainable dining. Aside from supporting Green Monday campaign, it is also the first western-cuisine restaurant in Hong Kong to join WWF's Ocean-Friendly Menu programme. Best range of mouth watering vegetarian dishes and sustainable seafood options are introduced in the tantalizing menu that would satisfy not just your stomach but also your senses. Executive Chef Jaakko Sorsa recently recognized as Chef of the Year 2015 in Foodie Fork Award.
