I had breakfast yesterday at Maxim's Express yesterday and noticed that the size of the food has shrinked. I had scamble eggs and ham, 1/2 piece of thick toast and milk tea ($25), I ordered an extra BBQ pork bun ($4), altogether my breakfast was $29.

I think we ate at Maxim's Express Hunghom station branch The food was ok But since the staff doesn't know how to speak in English we had a hard time ordering So we ended up ordering the only food they can understand in English Which I think was a pork steak The taste was ok The price is very affordable

“Chinese Food, Western Service” – in its first Chinese restaurant, Jade Garden. Thereafter, the Group opened Cantonese restaurants with now renowned names such as Maxim’s Palace and Maxim’s Chinese Restaurant, making the Group the perfect choice for celebratory dinners for all occasions.

There are no Maxim's Express in Singapore at all. However, the Maxim's Express outlet at Hong Kong International offers good value for money. I ordered the Chicken Curry Rice with thick curry gravy with heavy tumeric (supposed to block Alzheimer's) flavour. 3 huge chunks of chicken meat, potato & generous portions of rice; what any Asian male would truly appreciate.... Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
