Stopped here for tea and cake. Polite and attentive service, and appearance of cake bar made an enticing impression. However the quality of the cakes we tried were below par. Mango cake far too much cream which looked and tasted like synthetic cream from a Chinese style cake shop, rendering it virtually inedible. Similar issue with Black Forest where the... More

I had an enjoyable lunch here during my recent visit to Hong Kong. Starting with its rich selection of all-one-can-eat antipasto, followed by its M5 Grade Wagyu Tenderloin grilled to perfection (succulent, full of flavour and aroma to my nose and taste buds) , accompanied with a glass of house red, and finishing with its aromatic skinny cappuccino. It was... More

The pastry that I used to buy in Central is soo nice but here the tea buffet is beyond standard.I will not blame the flies around as I chose to sit in the open area but the guy in charge responded oh there are flies and laughing. And one or two of them were actually visiting my choco cakes. There... More

The location of this cafe is worse. There is a busy escalator leading to City university and hence the traffic is very busy. Yet your table is 4 feet from the escalator and everyone passing by will look at your plate and what you are eating. Not exactly a suitable for enjoying the nice cakes, they deserve a better location.

Cova Coffee at Festival Walk is perfect for taking a rest while doing shopping in this mall. Coffee, cake and ice cream are wonderful. Or enjoy the Italian food they offer. We chose the appetizer buffet which is really delicious and offers a huge choice of authentic Italian antipasti. After that we ate some pasta and a risotto which was... More

This is about as close as you can get to a European-like cafe (albeit inside a shopping mall) in Hong Kong. The service is outstanding. Food, cakes, ice cream, and coffee are as good as you can find in Hong Kong. There is a surprisingly lovely ambience siting inside the cafe. You also won't find the same crowd that you... More

When I want consistently great ice cream I come here. If you have it at the table it comes 'steaming' with dry ice beneath the metal serving bowl like a volcano but it still tastes great even if less dramatic if you get it in a cone of cup. I prefer the crema and mango but other flavors are good... More

Cova is one of our two favorite franchises to have coffee in Hong Kong, along with Agnes B. Coffee isn't cheap here but we have found it to be of consistently good quality at the various branches around the city. Recently visited the Cova at Festival Walk and had a Cafe Latte ($56) that was quite good (rating 3.5 of... More
