Whisk is one of the restaurants I visit often. The ambience is stylish and cosy. The waiters always know when to come and go so that I can have a comfortable conversation with my friends. The most important of all, they serve great food, especially the bubble brunch at the weekends.

Pretty generous already. Please don't bother with the idea of fine dining, we didn't feel any of that at all, not the setting, not the degustation menu, not the service level, and not the guests. The wine dinner at cuisine cuisine was bad enough a few months ago, this would be my last chance I gave to the mira hotel.... More

Absolutely wonderful start for 2017 at Whisk brunch. Oysters, crab cakes and lobster egg benedict were perfect. But it was really the dessert room that blew me away. Those desserts and cheeses were better than anything else - thank god that there is a limit of how much a girl can eat desserts... Even Hugh Jackman could not have dragged... More

We spent Christmas Day enjoying the amazing brunch at Whisk and had the best time. The service was very prompt and the buffet was amazing, including a full cavery, seafood including lobsters, prawns and sushi, and a room filled with desserts and cheeses. The drinks were free flowing and great choices, and we will go back here again next time... More

Typically New Year's Eve dinner celebration at western restaurants are pricey in Hong Kong, and Whisk is no exception. Good thing is $1288 per pax includes free entry into Vibes' Countdown Party with Open Bar. Food's good, service towards the end became spotty. Vibes is adjacent to restaurant in an outside courtyard surrounded by buildings, so cannot see fireworks at... More

We've eaten here twice in a week. Both times the food was excellent, service was superb, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Was staying at the hotel so came down for food after after my friend recommended this place. Lunch menu is great for quality and the price. You get to choose 2, 3 or 4 courses for 200+ 300+ and 400+ (this was a christmas lunch menu so normal lunch may be cheaper). I had the butternut squash soup with the... More

The selection is very limited for the main course as some of those on menu were already sold out. Food is nicely presented but taste is just below average. Soup and tartar beef is salty. The slow cooked salmon is over cooked. Dessert is nice but not impressive. I had my lunch in working day, and I expect the lunch... More

Went there for lunch on a Thursday. The wait staff, like most of them in Hong Kong hotels, were professional and welcoming. The lunch menu they handed to us did not have a large selection, but the choices looked appetising. My husband and I chose a 2-course lunch (appetizer / soup and main). We were pleasantly surprised to learn that... More

Description
Every evening Tuesday to Saturday, WHISK sets the perfect mood with ambient music, hundreds of candle lights and exquisite wines to impress at a price that will leave you impressed with your check. While contemporary European classics demonstrate culinary craftsmanship with the finest meats and seafood enhanced by fresh and seasonal ingredients, the wine pricing allows patrons to enjoy the world’s most exquisite vintages for less than what they are available for in any other five star hotel gourmet restaurant in Hong Kong and across the region. After sunset, the venue flickering with hundreds of candle lights transforms itself into a romantic hideout to indulge in inventive menus and browse through a cellared collection of carefully selected, premium wine labels. Inevitably, it will become your favorite restaurant for surprise romantic gestures, intimate dinners or organizing wine gatherings with friends, business dinners, wine events and private parties.WHISK transitions from the restaurant through to Vibes, the exclusive open-air lounge bar, that also serves as al fresco dining alternative for WHISK’s famous Sunday Brunch with live DJ.
