We loved the El Willys in Shanghai and had enjoyed the food there many times during our 7 year stay there, so we wanted to try Fofo. The food here was nicely prepared and well presented, and I was pleasantly surprised by the calamari pasta. The foie gras was a little light in taste, I felt, but my wife enjoyed... More

Ordered 2-course lunch and shared between two. 4 tapas: The tartar steak was good, so did the king crab salad and pumpkin soup for each - was sweet and creamy! Main - paella - nice and in big portion! $268 is a fair price

Visited last night for dinner with two friends. Had not been here before. The view from the restaurant is superb. Dishes came to the table very quickly and all were tasty and fresh. Staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. We had the omelette, peppers, paella, eggplant and sprouts and finished off with churros and the apple tart. All in... More

I took my girlfriend there for her birthday lunch. We ordered the set lunch where you get to choose two appetizers and one main and optional dessert. We shared all dishes. Food was good and portions were generous. The birthday girl received a dessert on the house marked "Happy Birthday XXXXX" with a candle for her to blow. Overall, we... More

Amazing food, friendly staff and on the top of it... Chef Vargas is very nice and choose the best ingredients to make his menu. Yes, definitely the right place for Spanish Food!

This Spanish restaurant is located in M88, a commercial building in Wellington Street, Central. Originated from El Willy's restaurant in Shanghai, this restaurant is managed by Chef Fargas, offering contemporary Spanish cuisines with the menu designed by the award-winning chef Willy Moreno himself. This is probably the fourth time I visited this restaurant and I think the lighting was turned... More

How could you find such a spacious roof top in the center of the city?! It's simply amazing to chill with friends here! You need to buy a bottle at the restaurant and take it upstairs but still it is good! The bottle price was also reasonable, but since this is a Spanish restaurant, the Spanish wine choices seems much... More

Nice place especially with the roof top terrace with good open view. Nice bonus for happy hour you receive 30% discount. I thought the food was so, so. The rice was a bit salty. The decor wasn't my taste either. Service average.

A succession of stunning tapas followed by an amazing paella and finished off with churro. We were a large group of friends and had amazing food and wonderful service. Wonderful.

Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
