在天龍軒品嘗了龍軒午宴，食物環境服務也很優秀。習慣了用英文打評論，所以以下較大篇也是英文，希望更多遊客也能閱讀。
Excellent food and service. Really enjoy the lunch.
We bought the set lunch coupon in February, which has near 30% off of the original price. The original price is $1136 for two persons. Now is $783, after 10% service charges, it is $896 in total. From the reservation process and the arrival experience is very good.
The server is considerate and proactive. Especially I want to say thank you to Marco , hope I did not see wrongly from his name tag. He is attentive and polite, explained clearly and the highlight point of every meal. We have requested the window seat in our reservation, but we are on waiting list eventually. Not surprise, I think many ppl must want to seat near the window for the amazing view. So we did not get the window seat, instead we are seating in the middle of the restaurant. Then in the middle of our lunch, Marco asked proactively : I see you are on waiting list of the winder seat, now we have the table, I can arrange if you still want to change the seat. This action is very professional and we can see that the staff here is actually care their guests.
The set lunch is very satisfying. Especially the soup (豬展紅橐燉蹄筋) and the barbecued pork (桂花蜜汁叉燒). There is total 5 courses for the set lunch. Trust me, it is quite full.
One minor thing is I understand most of the luxury hotel will invite their guests to review on Trip Advisor. But during the lunch, there is one same young lady to ask me to write the comment for twice. It is bit obvious for me. But she is very nice and polite.
To summarize, this is a very good dining experience and I definitely will come again !

Under the Flash Sales of Ritz-Carlton, bought the discounted voucher for a Executive Set Lunch at Tin Lung Heen.
This is not the first time I visited Tin Lung Heen, their attentive service and food standard are remained the same as 2 stars, even under this critical COVID-19 moment and discounted price, highly appreciated. Weather is extremely good with amazing view to the sea!
Special thanks to Benson, Tom and Ken who took care of my table, will revisit again soon!

Though my family and I were all running on fumes after 20 hours of flying from Houston before a 6 am Hong Kong arrival, we had enough left to stay awake until an unforgettable dim sum lunch at the Ritz Carlton‘s spectacular Tin Lung Heen restaurant, perched near the top of the ICC tower, 102 stories above Hong Kong. Though the view was cloudy, our lunch was stellar. We started with some of the finest Iberian ham on earth. cooked in osmanthus flavored honey and sided with a Louis Roederer Brut Champagne. Next was a pork shin soup with sea cucumber and dried longan, followed by Japanese scallops and the sweetest red onions imaginable on pallets of crispy rice with sautéed kale, sliced garlic, and a bracing Penfold‘s Bin 311 Tumarumba. We then had stir fried shiitake mushroom and chicken sautéed in a black bean sauce with an abalone, goose, and shrimp fried rice wrapped in lotus leaf with a Predicator Vinho Tinto Crianza. Dessert was a chilled milk pudding with aloe vera and coconut milk and a steamed sponge cake with layers of egg yolk. And for closers, we enjoyed some of the finest tea anywhere—Puerh—and a Delord Armagnac. Yes, one hell of a lunch. We've dined at many of HK's best, and only The 8 in Macau and Lung King Heen across the Harbor in HK Central can match what you get here (and neither has 102 story views over HK!). Special thanks to our amazing table host, Tom Wong, who went out of his way to ensure that our meal was flawless.

We had an extraordinary experience at Tin Lung Heen on our first wedding anniversary. Before making the reservation, we hesitated whether to do it as a lunch or dinner, but considering Tin Lung Heen is located on the 102nd floor of ICC, we decided to go for a lunch celebration to enjoy the day view.
It was our pleasure to have Anson to arrange for our first-time experience there. Anson took our reservation and recommended several dishes for our picks prior to our arrival, in particular, the signature char siu (i.e. barbecue pork) dish which requires prior order-taking. Upon arrival, it was a Monday afternoon and the tables were all occupied. Most of what we observed were business lunches. Knowing that we came for a celebration, we were arranged a spacious private room so that we could enjoy a little privacy and take photos in commemoration of our anniversary with minimal impact on other guests. We believe this was intentionally setup by Anson, and we truly thank you for the surprise and warm arrangement. We were also provided with welcome champagne and artistic desserts, which enriched our celebration photos.
As for the food, it speaks for itself on the Michelin rating - the food is fabulous.
It was a pleasant stay with Tin Lung Hee and thanks again for the outstanding service.

The views from this restaurant over the west of Hong Kong and Kowloon are stunning on a clear night. The food too is of an equally high standard with delicious flavours.
The wine list is on the slightly high priced side as are some of the dishes on the menu but this is an excellent restaurant in a 5 star hotel so you have to expect that.
It goes without saying that the staff were very professional and polite.
Well worth a visit and not outrageously expensive if you're smart on what you choose to eat if you don't want to spend too much.

Had a wonderful Moon festival evening at Tin Lung Heen with delicious food excellent wines and spectacular services and special thanks to Timothy Lam, very friendly and considerate, make good recommendations about food and explain what ingredients inside the dishes. Tin lung Heen is Located at 102/F with high end and cozy environment along with neat table settings. Staff are all very polite and attentive. Ordered three dishes served in half portion which definitely suit single diner like me. I like the shrimp toast the most as the texture together with the sour sauce is extremely memorable. The food temperature is up to standard and not oily. It’s great that I can enjoy 20% off from credit card discount which is considered worthy. I must come back in the near future.

Thanks for Ritz Carlton and yours staff giving us a so great experience again.
This time, I have to appreciate for Tin Lung Heen, that gave us such a great and pleasant dining experience.
The delicious Cantonese cuisine, dim sum, and the fantastic view with the Hong Kong skyline from the 102nd floor that was so impressed and amazing.
No wonder that’s two Michelin-starred restaurant.
Also, service was excellent, as to be expected, especially Marco, he served us with his professional and detailed mind every time we go. The entire meal was a demonstration of refinement and impeccable presentation. So great!
Tin Lung Heen is definitely the place to go and I am really enjoyed and will recommend.
I am really appreciated for the arrangement on the private dining room for gathering and celebration when still under 4-person limitation, that gave us a more comfortable dining experience in such an elegant beautifully designed place.

We ordered the signature dishes - the barbequed iberian pork (which we preordered a day in advance), deep fried shrimp toast, double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw in baby coconut, steamed crab claw, deep fried crab shell, wok fried wagyu beef. We enjoyed them all, the ingredients especially the seafood were very fresh, and the flavours were refined.
Do request for a table by the window. We were lucky enough to secure one and it completely enhances the experience, the Hong Kong Ritz is well-known for its height and views and Hong Kong’s skylines are absolutely stunning in the night!
We were also very impressed by the service. Our server Tom overheard that we were making up for my fiancé’s birthday celebration because of the virus, and he arranged a thoughtful surprise for us! Thank you, we had a really lovely night!

After working from home for a few months, it’s finally time to get some fresh air. I decided to come back to the Ritz-Carlton for dinner at the 2 Stars Michelin Chinese restaurant - Tin Lung Heen. Tin Lung Heen never disappoints, if you have never been there, you have to make sure this Chinese restaurant is on top of your list! I don’t think there’s any other restaurant quite like this one with their impeccable service and attention to details. I would like to take a moment to thank Rayman and Erinna for their great service as well as the rest of ladies and gentlemen at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong for providing memorable experiences for their guests.

I wanted a place to quietly celebrate a work anniversary with my fellow colleagues and decided on Tin Lung Heen because I wanted fine Cantonese cuisine with a nice view. I got that…..and also the quite part too, as the Head Sommelier Benson, read my mind and sat us at a very quiet corner of the restaurant. Thank you.
My third wish also came true as the cuisine was actually fine and exceptional dining. I would like to mention that I am not a regular for soup but the coconut fish maw soup was exceptional and I have not had this quality in a long long time. The executive chef also came out and explained to us his cooking methods. This, coupled with the professional and attentive service from your two staff, Boto and John made our dinner a nice and tranquil one and my colleagues also enjoyed the night! The complete chain of staff from waiters to chefs are very good. Thank you very much!

Highly recommend this restaurant. The view of the restaurant is fabulous as it located on the 102/F with an amazing harbour view. Excellent food quality, best dim sum in Hong Kong.
Brilliant service from the reservation and arrival experience. Staff provide temperature check, make sure social distancing which makes me feel comfortable even during this special time.
Especially do appreciate to thank Victoria and Marco for their excellent service, they are friendly, caring and professional. Special credit to Victoria, she introduced and explained clearly the highlight point of each cuisine.
Well worth a visit, and will definitely be back again!

Out of all the restaurants that I had dine so far (for Chinese food), Tin Lung Heen is the one that never fails us, both in terms of food and service, view and environment. I have been to this one many times and food was ever so excellent, delicious and nicely presented. Serving staff there were so sincere and pleasant and you feel like eating at home (but of course I can't cook as delicious as they!). It was a shame that the manager Boto left but there are still many familiar faces there. John was the one who served us last time and he was really helpful and nice. I definitely will go back.
