Arranged to meet a friend for lunch at The Kitchen even though it's a 40 minute ferry ride from Central. Great coffee and fantastic baguettes for lunch. This place is really excellent for service, food and the coffee. Soon they will have a view as well.

At least once in your life, indulge yourself in The Kitchen's luxurious full English breakfast, hand cooked fresh to order by Mark. Especially recommended during T8+ Typhoon warnings.

As other reviews have said, The Kitchen is a small, relaxed place with some really excellent food. I often finish hikes in Mui Wo, and this is always my first choice for late lunch, although being small, it isn't always possible to get a seat! My favourites are the chicken Caesar salad and the pizzas, but I've never had any... More

Just visited with family for lunch. I had a bacon wrap and it was both enormous and very tasty. Fresh crisp vegetables and beautifully spiced. Others enjoyed their sandwiches and pasta. Very welcoming place for a casual lunch. Don't go for the view! Good selection of draught beer on tap. Gweilo IPA was in good condition and served nice and... More

Crispy bruschetta with well seasoned tomatoes. Greek salad very fresh and good quality feta cheese. Thin base pizza was delicious. Ice cold beers. A great end to a hot day!

Nice cozy corner primarily Italian restaurant on the waterfront in Mui Wo. The food is consistently just great, and they have a few decent beers on tap, and some nice not overly expensive wines to select from. It's certainly my favorite restaurant on Lantau, and due to my preference for laid back charm, elegant eating in casual settings, and Mui... More

You will think you have died and gone to Heaven 😀 Best Gastro food in Hong Kong, and best western food on Lantau Island by a long way👍👍👍

Everything I've had here is great. The chicken and the thin crust pizzas are my personal favorite. The "small" pizza is 15 inches, which is not small at all. Good view of bay and a few kind pups on the sidewalk.

Small eatery in Mui Wo. Don't judge the restaurant from the outside....it has the best pizza, pasta and salad we have found in Hong Kong! Portions are large, service is friendly and you will enjoy the chill vibe with the locals.

Best thin crust pizzas in Hong Kong (Mushroom and truffle is so good), pastas amazing (try the mushroom pesto or the truffle). Probably the best coffee in Mui Wo. Can get a bit hot in summer as the aircon really struggles and limited seating.
